Old, soggy yet overcooked (?) with sprinkles of gross cheese. How do you guys charge people for this? What’s most frustrating is you guys literally knew this was terrible quality and didn’t care, you just put it in the bag and served it to a customer.

Really had hoped this sonic was turning things around. The last 3 times I’ve been food has been hot fresh and insanely good. Now they can’t get a simple cheeseburger corrected but are over cooking the tator tots again. The only time I thing I get good food anymore is in the morning during breakfast time. Ever since ownership switched a little over 7 years ago quality has gone downhill bad. You would think with all the competition around the store, management would strive better to have quality food and not overpriced overcooked food. Heck anymore I can go to McDonald’s to get more and have it cheaper and quality better.

Anytime I’ve come to restaurant it was made to order it seemed. Door dashed it. Fast and the only thing good was the drink! Onion rings were gummy, doughy and stuck together and the burger didnt taste like meat. Cost me over 20 bucks. Was too dizzy to drive today. Yuck. But awesome diet limeade

Ordered on app, when car hop lewis brought out order I asked if all the sauses i requested were in the bag. She said yes, then asked again she said yes. I checked my bag and found out she lied. Only gave 4 marinara packages for 16 count mozzarella stick. And I requested ketchup. There was 1 package in bag. When asked them about it, they said I cant have any more marinara sauce it’s not allowed and only brought out more ketchup. Un-apologetic! Last time I’ll pick up from this location

It’s Sonic. It’s an A&W drive-in knockoff. Footlong chili cheese dog was fine. Shake was fine. Kids’ meals came with toy, and grandson likes the magnets.

Watch what you order there, they’ll break up Combos and you will pay more. I had an app order that I couldn’t place because our app was down. So I ordered when I got to the store. The app price was 15.97 for the Combo with out tax, at the store it was almost 20.00. They tried to charge me separately for the chicken, drink and side. So I said “Nope”, canceled the order and left. Edit: The response is telling. They didnt deny doing what I say, only that it could be escalated to the owner. SMH..

Always disappointed leaving here. Usually carhops are reaching from front corner of my car handing me stuff rather than walking around the sign to my window where there is more space. My drinks spill easy that way. Food is not always cooked right and fries are often greasy or too hard to chew. I got some drinks today and can’t even drink one of them due to it tasting awful like there is no carbonation to it. Some of the stalls aren’t always open and a lot of the ones that are open do not work properly, like trying to pay with a card. They also “forget” to give you sauces you’ve requested on multiple occasions. The popcorn chicken at a lot of Sonic’s I’ve also noticed is often too hard to even bite into, like some pieces are just he breading and it’s too crunchy. All Sonic’s need updates but this one here in Gardner definitely needs a lot of work.
