As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Visited this location today. I was busy on the phone and was the only car in the drive so I asked for a moment while finishing a call the Douglasville tornado siren went off as a test and I couldn’t order. Then a employee rudely said if your not going to order leave the drive through line. Stunned as I’m the only car in the drive through “I said the siren was going I couldn’t order during that.” He chimed back she asked three times prior and you didn’t respond. “I said oh you mean the AI voice”
I’m the only one in the drive through are you serious? I could literally go anywhere. They rudely said then go there. I think the owner should be aware that his crew is running his business in the ground. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with employees attitudes here. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Ordered from here today on ubereats and the funnel cake fries tasted like soap, the burger was super disgusting it tasted like a turkey burger with nothing on it, my fries soggy and popcorn chicken tasted terrible. Usually checkers is really good but this was so awful.

All i asked for was for some extra pickles on the side only because there was no option for extra pickles in the app. I was told simple ” we can’t do that”. Customer service goes a long a way. It’s not just the rising cost of fast food that’s turning people away but more so the customer service. By the way it was manager that walked over and told the employee to say no. Smh. Not to mention when I got my burger there were no pickles at all on it. So not only did I not get the extra pickles I didn’t get any.

It’s a drive- through and there food is always hot and good! The staff is always respectful and friendly. I usually get the chicken nugget bites and seasoned fries . It’s Always on point and hits the hunger spot. I love eating here when we drive through. They do have outside tables and benches to sit on. And it’s all underneath an awning.

Do not eat at this checkers my son was served mozzarella sticks, and while he was eating them, he noticed a bug on his mozzarella sticks. I have called the location for almost an hour, and no one is picking up the phone and it’s going to a voicemail where I have left messages and no one is responding. Do not eat at this location. They have bugs!

Aye, I was super worried about the lowish rating. But this place was amazing. AI took the order, food came out hot and quick. I came from out of town where all my Rally’s closed. This place tasted like memories. ….then I got mad I was leaving and wouldn’t taste it again for years. These new mozzarella sticks are amazing too.
