We waited over 20 minutes for ice cream we had to call back in to the store to ask were our ice was and they onion rings we got your order the onion rings were cold and the ice was melting . And the two carrots were worried more about the boys in the other car than the rest of the other customers. This is just ridiculous.

Stopped by to get a quick drink for me and my parents, and ended up waiting for 30 minutes before I was served. I was disappointed in the length of time it took. The drinks were great, and every other time I’ve been here, I was served quickly and efficiently. Just this one time wasn’t great.

Disappointed in the size of portions for the price paid. The fries look like they were made from poor quality potatoes, nearly every one had those dark spots on them. The booth I sat at on the outdoor patio had a non functioning card reader. Other Sonic restaurants I have visited have similar issues, some even had bays closed off due to falling bricks as a result of apparent hits from cars.

They screwed up my order, as usual. I don’t even bother complaining anymore, as it is a waste of time. The standard answer from them is that they NEVER make a mistake. Not true. The coffee was awful and served at a temperature slightly cooler than the surface of the sun. The food was ok. Both the stall I was in and the one next to me had damaged menu boards.

They only had one carhop working on Saturday, the place and drive thru were packed. It was a lot slower than usual but under the circumstances I could understand..The carhop was working her tail off. The food was nice and hot. I would still recommend it.

Out looking at leaves and stopped at Sonic. Got a blast with Reeces AND Oreo cookies, delicious! And got directions too! Very friendly employees. Thanks for making my road trip even better!
