Ordered extra sausage extra cheese burrito, even had to pay for it. They gave my a skimpy burrito even smaller than normal size, almost like a junior size. Pretty much stole my money! And of course I went through the drive through and they didn’t give me a receipt so they won’t do anything, ugh!!

Ordered a chocolate shake and onion rings. The onion rings were hot and fresh. The shake was lacking any chocolate taste . That was Saturday and it still sits in my freezer not eaten on Monday.

The food was good, and the carhop was super sweet even though none of her equipment to take payment was functioning. That’s a rough position to put your staff in. Management needs to make sure the systems in place are operational.

Went through the drive thru. Had trouble getting the order placed. Thought we had it done but received extra drink, thought no biggie its a slush, ill freeze it. Got home and unpacked the food…onion rings are burnt! Not slightly, VERY burnt! Of course they were 2 large orders so both were that way. They should never have left the building! Blue coconut slush was messy. Filled too full and running down the sides and very watered down. HORRIBLE especially to have paid almost $27! Usually I have no problems with Sonic, this was definitely an exception. Will have to think twice about going again and definitely not to the south Campbell location

My dad used to manage a sonic in Springfield so I know orders need to get out in a certain amount of time. I placed a mobile order, just a drink, pull up to a stall and I check in. Within a minute it gets cleared off the screen, I know someone inside just marked it as complete to stay within the time frame for orders so it looks like the store is fast. I’ve been sitting here for about 20 minutes and there’s people still in stalls who got here before me! This is absolutely ridiculous, no one seems to be in any hurry either, walking slow and just talking inside, probably because they know all the orders are cleared off their screens anyway. Sonic is supposed to be quick, I get the worst service here constantly.

Google says closes at 11. Pull into drive through at 10:33 and they say only doing drinks because they close in a few minutes. Then say they will do Fryer food but no grill.

Went to Wendy’s instead. Small inconvenience but still annoying.

Slow morning (election morning), 2 cars at the restaurant, I arrived at the drive thru speaker at 9:09, it’s now 9:34 and I am still waiting to even pay, let alone receive food. The woman who finally came in the speaker was INCREDIBLY rude and short with us.

Drinks are advertised as $1 before 11 am. However,
I was charged full price. I asked the car hop to correct the total considering it was only 9am therefore I should receive the before 11 pricing.
She stated that I have to ask for that price when I order at this specific location. That’s crazy!
I will NOT be going back here.
