People are so SLOW and RUDE! So much so that I will be complaining about this to company headquarters. Company headquarters needs to do much better with training people. I asked for the cost of a shake and was treated with the responses “what kind of shake are you wanting” and “I’m sorry what was that”. Are these people ridiculous? Can they not understand the basics of what I was asking? Apparently not.
Please do better for the next individual? I will be saving bymy money and patronization for St. Louis location, who are to be quite frank more competent!

I ordered online a breakfast burrito, large raspberry unsweetened tea and a hot fudge sundae. The ice cream machine didn’t work and they can’t refund when you pay online. So I had to accept a mini hot fudge shake. Basically ice cream mix poured in a little cup with enough fudge to turn it beige but not taste any chocolate. Evidently my eggs were poured on a grill and browned like a pancake this morning, then refrigerated rolled up in the totilla and served cold . The tea had. No raspberry flavor. Normally the food is pretty good here which is why my daughter gets Mc Donalds and I insist on Sonic. It was around 5 p.m today Sept./22/2024. Whoever is working and preparing food in there today is making Mc Donalds look like the way to go. These are the scrambled eggs in my burrito.

The one thing i ABSOLUTELY hate is the parking/ordering things. 80% of them don’t work, so you’re driving and pulling into different slots to find one that works. Today it took 5 of them to finally find one that worked. They take forever for food, even when they’re not busy. Food is good, sometimes they do mess up. But I just can’t stand having 20% of the machines working. They need to update.

I ordered the quarter-pound double cheeseburger from Sonic and asked that it be dressed with only lettuce tomato pickles and mayonnaise because I found it to be the most perfect burger around however today’s version not so much… I got what looks to be maybe 5 shredded tiny pieces of lettuce on a burger. Great CarHop Quick Service everything else is great but come on when you ask her lettuce you obviously want lettuce on your burger not a hint of lettuce.

Would recommend ordering on the app if possible. I don’t know if it’s a specific person or the equipment but they can never hear our order and we have to repeat it several times. The one time I did try to order on the app though, I had trouble with it and ended up using the board as usual. The carhops are always friendly. Remember tipping is allowed and assume it’s very appreciated. Location is on the older side. The atmosphere is definitely not a reason to go here. Overall, this is a fast food drive-in restaurant. Never had bad food here but don’t go there expecting a five star meal and you won’t be let down. We stop here on a semi-regular basis for a snack and a Sonic blast. For that purpose, it’s great.

I came here a few hours ago. I ordered the #1 burger hold the tomato’s and hold the onions. Not only did I get extra tomatoes as well extra onions, my burger was still pink in the middle and did not taste right at all. I got a side of onion rings and they were like little bricks of concrete. For my drink I ordered the new buttery brew and there were chunks of Carmel that looked like maggots. This is disgraceful, us as consumers do not deserve this kind of treatment, and you as a business need to be held to a higher safer standard. If this happens again I will be calling the health department.
