We showed up at 8 am to order under canopy as we walked from across street where our semi was parked. Was told we could order online or at drive thru no other way. So how do I order thru drive thru in a big semi. So very un happy

I honestly don’t know where all the good reviews come from. And I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews. But the only reason I keep going to this location is the lack of options in this town. Service is friendly, definitely not fast. But the food is just awful. Horrible presentation. Burnt buns. Dry chicken. Tasteless burgers. Found a huge grayish yellow chunk of banana in the bottom of a milkshake once. The tots are mediocre, often overcooked or insanely salty. There’s a reason I don’t go often.
Update: as stated before, I only go to this location because of the lack of quick options in Licking. This is my #4 bacon cheeseburger toaster. Supposed to come with bacon and a onion ring. This is pathetic. My husband’s chicken sandwich was literally two tiny pieces of chicken shoved into a soggy bun. Shake machine has been broken for at least two weeks. Couldn’t finish my tots cause it was like eating a handful of salt. Honestly, this is just sad.

If you want your order right, I’d suggest you go elsewhere. I ordered a #16, ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. Instead I got a #15, super sonic breakfast burrito with jalapeños. I just ordered the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito again and it was just thrown together with only bacon, couple of tots, cheese and egg. No sausage like it suppose to have. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up, but it will be my last. The food isn’t that great at this location anyways.

Watch y’all’s change. I ordered a med blast and a large slush. My total was $11.09. I gave my car hop a $20, she didn’t have change so she took my $20. When she came back she handed me some bills and I tipped her a $5. After she left I counted my change ONLY $8 ($5, 3-$1). I absolutely won’t be back. You all stole from me and I won’t forget it.

Unbelievable! 20 minutes for 3 drinks! 3 drinks and two of them were wrong! Everytime! Everytime we go to Licking Sonic this is what happens! These are supposed to a cherry limeade and a cranberry limeade. They are strawberry somethings. Not sure.

I had very rude service, from my carhop Alexis, I saw her vaping inside the store and we got the wrong shakes but we wanted to leave after the service. she also said zech made my food which was also wrong. Supposed to be no ketchup on one of my burgers no mayo on the other burger.

We went here on our way home cause it’s in passing for our trip. First they forget our fries so we had to go back once as I’m separating out the food… they only provided my toddler with her drink + fries didn’t even put her burger in the bag. I tried to call the restaurant 4 times in a row. Not one single person decided to answer the phone the four times I called. 1000% will not be stopping here again on our way home mind you we live 3 hours away.

For one, this day 8/4/2025, something changed, burgers were thinner than usual, burnt to a crisp and tough as shoe leather, the stalls are way to narrow to pull into. I can’t get my pickup in without scraping my mirrors, and I have standard mirrors. I seen a guy having trouble backing out of one and he tore up his headlight and grill because his pickup didn’t fit well. Whoever built the place was an idiot and should’ve built the stalls 2.5ft wider at least. The people are pleasant but over all experience is horrible. Something needs changed with the stalls because they do not accommodate vehicles very well.
