This was in my drink, it’s very slimy and colorful as you can see. This was a coffee mind you. Service was great, but this is just nasty it underneath all the ice, I didn’t think I have to check my drink for slime.

I actually dont understand how one singular combo takes over 20 minutes and not to mention like 3+ minutes to even just answer the headset. Edit: try to simply ask if they forgot about the order and got an attitude and hung up in the middle of me speaking. After waiting that long, the food was cold. So what were we waiting on for so long? Not fresh food. Great service.

Come on people ♂️ I ordered a burger plain with ketchup only. It came fully loaded. It blows my mind that no one here cares to look at the actual order. Does it occur to people that some are allergic to items and that’s why they ask for them to be removed? Thanks sonic. I paid my hard earned money and you ruined my dinner.

My husband & I were given the wrong order & I called & spoke to Elijah, the manager on duty. I explained the situation & was told to come back & get my money back. We couldn’t make it to Sonic for almost a week but when we did the manager on duty (don’t remember his name) was very nice, accommodating, & gave us 2 free coupons for 2 free medium combo meals which was more then we were expecting the refund for. Everyone their is very friendly & willing to go out of their way to help you

This is the absolutely worst place to order Sonic from. They never get my order right. Today I ordered on the app. I always order extra pickles app said I could do that. Then when my food came out she says “Sorry we are out of pickles.” Why didn’t you tell me before you brought it out. I might have changed my order. And they didn’t put tomatoes on my burger. This is the first time they messed up my order. And the Manger he don’t care. This is the worst.

Not my favorite Sonic. My foot long dog always seems to have the package smashed into the cheese and they hand carry everything instead of using trays so stuff gets smashed. By they are always nice.

I ordered a cherry limeade with 2 real cherry, I got it and it was without ice . It cost me over $3 dollars and that was for a small . I called them back to get a cup of ice for my drink and she was rude as hell and wanted to charge me another.34 cents . I just want some ice in my drink . Very unsatisfied and I won’t go back .

They forgot multiple things, including my kids juice boxes. Also the tomatoes on one chili dog were not diced, just a whole slice of tomato on top. The other chili dog was on its side with the chili and cheese spilling out of it into the paper boat.

We just went through sonic drive-through the heavyset girl who’s a dark headed one working at the drive-through. She was rude and started by giving us the wrong change, but we’re honest people so she tried to tell us that she didn’t need it and I knew that her drawer would come up short so we offered it back cause she had a attitude cause she accidentally gave us the wrong change shortest by five cents However, with that said we also asked for condiments of marinara and ranch and ketchup and salt Which is typical when you get anything to do with the tots or with your mozzarella sticks, however she was extremely rude and then those items were not in there on top of that when we ever go through here and order extra cherries it’s not in there either in our drinks, so here is the deal people if you want people to respect your restaurant then hire people who are better help because she was rude and we do not want to go back ever and we are Lebanon residence.
