We were greeted and seated right away for a Friday night. Sat at a high bar table, chairs weren’t very comfy (need some padding) & not much room on the table once food was served. Beer selection is great, they have a very big variety.

Service..kinda slow, could use more servers in the bar as the one bartender is busy then forgets about the bar tables.

Food..fries were good. The buffalo chicken sandwich had the tiniest piece of chicken on it. I get more chicken at chic fil a. Shown in pic..you barely see the chicken.

Atmosphere..not too loud. The patio would be great in the winter but too hot in 100° weather. View is great of the mtns.

Overall, it’s an ok place.

Beautiful views! We went for lunch and I should have known better when we saw very few people there. We ordered the Heatwave Burger. It was anything but spicy. I should have known better than to order a “spicy” burger that has Swiss cheese on it. And I should have sent it back when one of the key ingredients, poblano pepper, wasn’t on the burger, just some tiny sliced up serranos and a teaspoon of grilled onion. No one came by to check. The burger itself was cooked fine and served warm. The Swiss was beautifully melted but there was no outstanding flavor and the bun seemed slightly stale. I guess people complained that they used to not include fries? Well, now you have no choice but to pay $24 for that burger with choice of fries or salad. I’d rather just pay for a really good, flavorful burger! So $50 for a sadly boring lunch for 2.

Waitress was rude and snappy. Possibly overwhelmed. Never even waited on us. Reservations for 730p but we came and hour early to listen to music and have a drinks at the bar. Although the bar was open with the exception of a few waitstaff sitting there, we were not allowed to be seated . We did finally get waited on at our table, by the bartender that kindly asked us to give him 15 more minutes. The rest of the night was fabulous, service and food was excellent!

I finally ate at Noble Hops and got the Jam Burger ($17). The burger was cooked to my liking, the bun was soft, and there was a good amount of bacon jam on the bottom bun, adding a sweetness that paired well with the cheese. All the ingredients gave the burger a unique, delicious taste. Though the fries ($4) were good, I had to order them on the side, which was a bummer. I sat on the patio, enjoyed the view, and watched the sunset. There is an impressive selection of craft beers and a humidor for cigar lovers like myself. Enjoy!

Un-American… overpriced, mediocre food, horrible service… and they don’t accept cash!

Our bill was over $54 for a basic hamburger, bratwurst sandwich, and one beer… I was told they would call the ‘authorities” if I left without paying… I told them I would gladly pay with my $100 bill… they said they’d take my hundo but I wouldn’t be receiving change… I should have told them I would call the ‘authorities’ for theft.

We used to like this place… nice atmosphere… good food and service… the new ownership has ruined it.

Restaurant bar with inside and outside seating (mostly outside) with nice views of the mountains. The bar has a row of seating inside and another row outside, multiple TVs on both sides. Maybe 5-6 seats on each side of the bar, but space is enough. A good place to watch sports. There are fire pits outside if the weather is colder so it is enjoyable.

The food is good tasting and the presentation is also nice, nothing crazy in terms of variety but good options.

Sandwiches and burgers are good here, fries are as well. There is a side dish of truffle fries that was very good. The ahi tartar was OK but came with a very unique delicious whipped wasabi swirl that had a cream cheese texture.

Beer selection is mostly local IPAs, if you would like the generic beers they do have some but in bottles. They focus on the more local/niche beers. Otherwise full liquor bar.

Recommend for a place to have lunch or dinner with a drink or watch TV at the bar.

This place used to be amazing what happened to it? The food was great, the service was great, and it wasn’t nearly as overpriced as it is now. It has become very run down, unkept, and way too expensive for the food and service you receive. The new management is not doing service for this establishment. Very disappointed and will not return any time soon.

Arrived at 3:30 on a Saturday. Sat a table in full view of the bar for 45 minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Finally after asking for menus, asking to order beverages and asking again to order food, we began to relax. Beers arrived but had a soapy aftertaste. Sent them back. Ordered tasters of another beer with the same soapy aftertaste. I ordered a totally different beverage. How could it be soapy again? It had the same aftertaste! The table next to us said they had the same aftertaste. Side note- the beer list was the most unbalanced and unnecessarily eclectic list I have seen in recent memory with little representation of pilsners, lagers or pale ales. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Fish and chips was dripping grease. Burger was just average. Wait staff were completely oblivious to any tables needs or even existence. Tables around us were making trips to find a server or bartender to help them with refills and get checks. No attention to detail or urgency from anyone in this place. I will not be back and don’t recommend a visit. Totally not worth your money and time.

Came here for a late lunch with some friends and the food did not disappoint. I ordered their wings and fish ‘n chips and they were very yummy! Everything was perfectly crispy, well seasoned and the serving sizes were pretty big. Overall great place to visit!
