My pregnant wife and I have been coming here and getting the same order over and over. Bacon double cheese with no mayo add extra extra mustard. No amount of mustard has been satisfying my wifes mustard cravings, but today I asked them to just load it up with mustard and they did.
The amount of mustard that came out was hilarious, but finally the right amount for my wife to be satisfied with her craving.

Service was as expected, nothing extraordinary. Both our burgers were cold, to the point the cheese wasn’t even melted. The buns cracked because they were stale. The mozzarella sticks were good.

Food is regular Sonic quality. They did mess up one of our drink orders, but the car hop fixed it real quick. That gal (skinny girl with very long braids on actual rollerblades) was extremely fast and friendly and downright perky. Five stars for her.

I tried to order takeout to a different location on the app and it did not change the location. The app does not allow you to change or cancel the order without reaching out to the store which DOES NOT ANSWER. I had called multiple times and the store continues to hang up on me every time. Either they need better customer service or to update their information.

Prices keep getting bumped up arbitrarily. Sonic is supposed to be cheap fast food – this location would have to be lightning fast to justify the prices, and I know they’re not paying or probably even staffing their employees enough for that.

They always half way fill the groovy fries. I paid a $0.60 cent up charge for half an order of fries. Sonic is already more expensive than most fast food places. Do better

Worst experience I’ve had a Sonic. Took forever to get out food, and when it finally came out, it was cold and missing items. Tried to get someone’s attention, but on one ever came back. Definitely won’t be returning to this location Ill go to St. James sonic.

COMPLETELY. ruined the drinks and are overpriced. put ice cream in our dr peppers instead of sweat cream and had maybe five pieces of ice. Chili cheese dog was not done correctly. order large cheddar peppers and only got three.
