I usually order from th app and it’s a pretty fast process. The food and service is always great. Never had a problem with my orders. As soon as I get to a spot, I tell them which spot I’m in on the app and almost right away the food is on its way. The staff always makes sure I have everything I need.

Ordered extra cheese and bacon on a breakfast burrito, and it did not have it on it. Charged me more money but did not receive it. Places continue to charge more money for stuff, but food quality and amount keep going down. Keep up this kind of practice and you will be out of a job cause people will stop buying from Sonic.
