I have been visiting this location for many years while living in Columbia, and I have consistently had good service from all employees nearly 100% of the times I visit. They always ensure to ask if there’s anything else I need before they leave after dropping off my order, and just today I had a great experience with the man who handed out my order and was surprised I didn’t recognize his face! Felt compelled to share my good experiences after my purchase today.

We order very frequently here the manger Aiden is extremely nice and so is Kyle however today when we went in to pick up our order they got 2 drinks incorrect, the first one my husband caught while still there because it was his drink but once we got home we realized another was incorrect. He called up to have it corrected and Aiden told him to come back up and they would fix it. However when we got there the two workers who he spoke to were absolutely unprofessional and very rude about having to make another one, they handed him this drink and it was 1. Not full 2. Still not made correctly. We just give up at this point.

Waited 15 minutes after ordering , while only one person in the parking lot, but didn’t mind because I would rather have fresh food. Was given cold, hard, rubbery tenders. Old fries and tots, and a burger that looked smushed and sloppy. Was definitely given food that was sitting in the warmers for AWHILEE. Went back, told cashier Angelo we simply wanted a refund, he wasn’t too enthusiastic about that and didn’t care to be understanding for the inconvenience. I am not a Karen, but I guess there are reasons for the empty parking lot and 1 star reviews. I encourage you to try the other locations in town,

So I understand i showed up at closing but I had placed my order half an hour beforehand online, so when I get there, they come out they hand us a bag, it’s missing over half the food we’re supposed to get. And then when we say something about it instantly, they want to look at us. And so where’d the other food go? Like, we stole it which I don’t understand. Night shift sonic cooks was terrible. 930pm Saturday feb 8. Only 2 customers, food took 15minutes, I ordered large fries, was half filled. Basically gave me a small. I ordered the new double smasher, I got a old crusty burger, old patties, and it WAS NOT smash patties. Had a sour taste. Hope those workers get fired.

Trash establishment. HORRIBLE service. Refusal of sales…..first of all they don’t except tap or Apple Pay, they NEVER HAVE ICE! How do you NOT have ice!? The ppl are extremely rude. I used to love this particular establishment, but not I wouldn’t eat there again if I was paid.

Ordered 2 RT 44 drinks with light ice and was given 2 watered down drinks and roughly 3/4 of the cup was filled with ice. So much for light ice i guess. The carhop also had a mild attitude so that’s just another thing. Didn’t stick around long enough for me to thank him or anything.

Amber packed my order very well (route 44 drinks opposite of each other so the weight doesn’t topple them), had all the sauces in the bag exactly as indicated on the receipt, and overall it was just a good meal. The customization on the drinks brings soda to another level and their mobile app is very worth it for the deals

What’s the point of having a business if you’re not going to take anyone orders. I wanted was mozzarella sticks but no one would take my order at the drive through nor the parking stall. This isn’t a one time thing this has happened multiple times
