The 2 cheeseburgers took awhile to make because they were a little busy. My vanilla milkshake with blue coconut is the consistency of a cup of milk. It has been 10 minutes since I asked them to remake it. Now we are the only ones here. I am not impressed with this Sonic.

Love sonic but they have been cheating me for months. The location in Miami OK and Missouri Joplin I always order the slushee and specifically asking for soft serve vanilla in it but every time I get them they use the cream. Like I don’t know they have a cream they use. And it would taste bad. So start ordering that separately I guess.

Had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to answer my call…. Went to 2 different stalls. Finally someone answers with attitude. Takes my order, I then wait another 20 minutes for 1 drink! Push the call button again and met with the rudest person on earth. Luckily I was on the phone with corporate and they heard how they spoke to me. Absolutely needs to be fired. Not a soul in the parking lot but I had to wait for 1 drink!!! Pathetic!

Had a dasher wait over 10mins for a single drink (Sprite w/Blue Raz syrup) then was informed it got dropped becausehe disntbwant to wait any longer on it. I dont blame him. Doesn’t seem like sonic prioritize door dash orders.

So slow lately. They say the food will be ready within 5 minutes and I’m lucky if it is less than 10 minutes. Drive-thru is not much better. I used to go here a lot for my breakfast burrito because it is by my house but it takes so long now, I cant count on having time. There was a while where the food was going downhill too, but it has been much better the last couple times.

Sat in line for 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting to be served. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to even come to the window. Would recommend going to any other Sonic in Joplin besides this one.

I get the same thing every single day. The cheesy Baja wrap and this is the fourth day in a row they’ve messed it up but the first day they’ve put something in it that doesn’t even go. They’ve given me a wrap with no chicken a wrap with no lettuce and today gave me a wrap with chicken cheese lettuce ONIONS AND MUSTARD???? Neither of those thing go in either of the wraps.

I try not to complain. This is usually my go to sonic. However I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants and the first two eggs and sausage were very overdone. I tried to eat them but it was just too burnt and asked them to be re made, not burned… the second ones were no better. First are the indevidual pics and second ones are pictured together. The eggs were nott horrible but pretty dark, its the black sausage that does it for me.

One of the slowest sonics I’ve ever been to. It’s actually insane. You’ll be waiting forever just for a couple drinks and they’re not even that busy. For a Sonic that has employees running all over the place literally, you are the slowest one
