Last Saturday I stopped on my way out of town they double charged me $17.75 I called when I realized what happened which was 4pm that day. I got told to call their 1800 number, I did they told me to call the store I did, then they called, then I called back they said it would be 24-48 hours for an “investigation” it’s been a WEEK! I still don’t have my money back they had no problem taking it in seconds yet I have to wait weeks!! It’s $20 dollars! I am going to the BBB I am also going to be making another call at this point $17.75 back isn’t going to cut it!! Y’all this is Theft by the store, the manager, and the crew everyone is responsible for this theft! $17.75 might not seem like a lot and I should let it go but it’s a lot when you are Low income with people not caring just so they can line their pockets! I am not the only one I know they have probably done this to at this point I WILL NOT be going back to this location! I will receive my $17.75 back and y’all better have a better resolve for this and not just some coupons for a couple cents off some food!!!

Every time I ask for a sweet tea light ice, it’s always FILLED to the BRIM with ice. Then I leave with disappointment.. Overall I’ve had mostly good experiences tho.

I had a bad encounter tonight with one of your employees. She was rude and trying to tell me that the shakes are all melted because they are making to many and can’t keep up. I visit the Nevada Sonic and I have never had a bad encounter there nor a bad shake. Work on your customer skills!!!!!! Let alone there’s is no parking without someone trying to go around you or almost getting hit.

Great prices during happy hour for drinks! Service was friendly and quick. We had a cherry limeade and blue raspberry slush. The limeade was great but the slush was super sweet and not very raspberry. As a snack we got tots (slightly under cooked) and mozzarella sticks (Didn’t get the marinara).

Everything but the service was relatively mediocre. The service gets four stars because the cashier put in a Peach slushie (the Peach flavor turned out to be a happy accident. I loved the flavor.) instead of a Grape slushie (according to the screen menu thingy). Also, I know I saw Ketchup & pickles only on that same menu for my burger, but for some reason only ketchup and cheese was added (I don’t really care about the cheese, so I don’t mention it).
Other than that, the Cheddar bites I ordered came w/ ranch according to the screen. I didn’t have any, or I must’ve missed it. I like their ranch because I find it makes the bites tastier to eat.
Lastly, everything I recommend is every Sonic food I’ve tried ever.

If you are looking for a place that serves great onion rings, my opinion is this place has the best around. Good hamburgers and beef hot dogs.

I am always on for a good sonic drink; today I was heading back from games In Pittsburgh Kansas. I got a peach ice tea, I drank all of it, and don’t get me wrong it was delicious!! When I got done with it, I dumped all the ice out and there was a fly! Here’s a picture.
