I bought 2 sets of family meal and another large entree ( teriyaki) today, 6/9/24 around 7:30 pm. ( Panda Express Shadow Creek Ranch – Pearland TX). I observed the server was so stingy in filling up the to go boxes. (per instruction I think- this is Panda Express standard of serving now? ) After I paid, I asked why the boxes were not filled full, the server said ‘do you want me to fill it full? my response was . “No, I will just give a bad review.”

First time at panda express. Will not go back. Let me walk you through the chain of events. I got recommended panda express by a friend. I love Chinese food so I figured why not. I come in and get a plate. I ask for the walnut shrimp and Kung pao. Kung pao is my favorite. Get informed at the register that the shrimp is extra because it’s premium. Fine, but I wish I was informed earlier. Decided to get rangoon because I love rangoon. Total cost is $44 for 3. Little pricey for fast food but at that price I should like it right? Wrong. Wrong, wrong wrong. The rangoon was stale, and incredibly cold. And thats impressive considering everything was cold. All 4 meals and the rangoon were cold. The rangoon was really chewy, which is impressive considering it’s stale. The premium shrimp is chewy. Not crunchy, chewy. Like eating peanut brittle with a layer of sticky residue. So it’s cold, sticky, and doesn’t even taste good. The kung pao is spicy, but not seasoned properly. Not to mention cold. My mother got the teriyaki chicken. Its way too sweet, it’s cold, and part of it looks pink. So thats great. I wash up. But ofc there is no paper towels, the bathroom smells like urine, and the water is freezing. Cant blame you on the water because it’s cold right now so thats expected. All in all, I overpaid for a crap experience. Would not recommend, would not go back, would never try again. I can get more, better and cheaper with a cleaner bathroom experience for half the price.

Tried the other location (league city), this one is by far the best. Seems this one had more flavor to their food. Definitely worth a stop, this was also my first time eating panda express. After stopping here I went to the league City location 2 days later.

I came in to order take out for dinner and one thing is that they didn’t have chao ming . This location usually gets packed therefore there should be enough food options available . I moved on with fried rice . I asked for orange chicken and again they did not have orange chicken available . One of the most popular food options ! Like really ?! What Panda Express doesn’t have this ? Once my family was ready to eat the rice tasted a little burnt and was very mushy ! To spend $50+ on this kind of food is ridiculous. This location needs to better prepare themselves before serving food . Someone can get sick! The employees are looking like they don’t even want to be there no good service at all either . I’m a regular customer here since I live around the area and never had I experienced suck a Terrible experience !!!!

Never again. Huge ripoff. $12 for two small scoops of shrimp side dish. That’s their policy. Get better value elsewhere. There are a lot of Chinese food places you can eat for better in this city. Panda Food is bad. Value is worst.

Went a couple of days ago and a worker named Monese was absolutely disgusting. I understand how frustrating food service can be but your bad day shouldn’t be taken out on customers who have done nothing wrong to you. Will not be back, no one should be treated like that.

I reported this place to the health department l eyewitness an employee dropped a whole container of vegetables on the floor the employee pick the container up and begin to reuse the same container I could not grab my cell phone in time to capture any photos but believe me when I tell you I reported this to the City Health Department please order your food inside where you can watch them they tried to offer me a free drink to not say anything about it but if we as consumers don’t look out for each other then who else is going to be the food police and I pray and hope that other people see this review this is the truth you can call the City Health Department and ask him was there ever a report filed

I went through the drive through and they told me to wait five minutes for the food. I was okay with that then I waited about ten minutes. I went back in the drive through and asked was my food done and then they said they just finished it. Once I looked at my plate it was obvious that the chicken was undercooked. I went inside and told them. The guy said it’s not undercooked and that they checked the temperature for it. I told them I wanted a new thing to substitute that and he allowed me to choose another item.

Normally its good but everything in this parking lot be out of food or closed early whenever they ready to go or not work. I raced to make it in time because something told me if I ordered online and made it I still wouldn’t have my food and I would have been out of the offer I had. I just know not to go after 8 from now on.

This Store was extremely dirty it was about 9:30 p.m. that was no food on the line everything that was on the line was dried up I asked was any food coming out Mercedes decided to have an attitude and let me know that the lobby close at 10:00 that no more food is coming out I checked the time what time does Panda close tonight and it says 10:30 all the food on the line was very dried up Mercedes has a very bad attitude everybody that was working was young nobody was trying to clean the line
