It was really busy so the wait was pretty long. Everyone was getting drinks and ice cream due to the high heat index (113°). However, their card readers were down or maybe they were having issues with them.. I’m not sure..They ended up giving us our ice cream for free. I only saw 2 girls delivering food. Even for as busy as they were, they greeted everyone with a smile and were polite. These girls deserve a high 5!

Austin hall was very courteous and helpful. I had an issue with my order and he replaced it with the most courteous ambition I’ve ever encountered with any fast food chain in my entire life. Give this young man a raise!

I’m truly disappointed with this location. I called on 12/17 because I took my food home to eat and my burger was dry and cold, like it had been sitting for awhile. I called about my concern and the manager on duty was very polite, apologized, and said that the other manager would replace meal the next day. Sounds great, right?! I go the next day to order the same meal and it was replace by another manager on duty. Again, dry and stone cold. Cheese was so dried it was cracked not melted. Don’t understand why it can’t be made fresh or even hot I could settle for that matter. Specially if that was the issue previously. Such a shame and disappointing after working 16 hours not to get a hot fresh burger on your way home. It will be a while before return to this location.
