I don’t usually leave reviews, I just am a bit frustrated because this is the second time waiting so long for me to get a shake and it be melted by the time I get it. I waited around 25 minutes, and got my shake and it was pretty much melted. I think it’s always melted because of the long wait times. I get sometimes they’re busy, but they weren’t busy these times.

Horrible. Chicken strips and Onion rings BURNED and inedible. Order took too long to arrive despite ordering ahead on the app. No dipping sauce for the chicken. Peach slush had no extra mango. Burger was fine, Tots fine. No effort to replace burned food. Trouble is, it affects the taste of everything else cooked in that fryer. We usually go to one of the others. Last time here.

Asked for ice in my water bottle since I ordered a meal with a water and usually other places will give you some ice and water at least during the two hot months during summer almost universally anywhere you go. most places offer free water in your own cup or jug if you ask on hot days during summer. Not this place they said you have to buy it one cup at a time. How much does water cost down here it must be so expensive you can’t offer someone who spent 20$ on food to get at most a half gallon?

This is one of the worst sonics I have ever been too. Burgers are dry. When you have bacon it’s not strips it’s maybe a bite. To hot to order in patio area. No ac and no ac for staff. Wait times are ridiculous. 20 mins on a shake even a rt44 drink. I will start going to mid belt or the one by menards before I go back to this one ever. Staff to busy talking to each other and not working to get food delivered. Horrible horrible sonic.

Depending on who is working, you could get your pre-ordered drink the second pull up, or you could be waiting 10 minutes for a single iced tea… But I’m always hopeful that the turnaround time will continue to improve! I’ll continue to come back again and again. We always say, Sonic drinks mean ‘I love you’ at our workplace.

Order a door dash tried to order extra needs in my drink -& no option to add them every time I go through the drive through they hook me up with extra needs without even asking for additional money. Not even would they let me add some to pay for they wouldn’t even hook it up a measly little bit extra to a loyal customer definitely will not be ordering from them again. I used the be a loyal customer every day route 44 ocean water with extra extra nerds and they completely lost my business and the manager acted like she just could not live without charging me the what extra 3$ for a bunch of need which I normally get free regardless but can’t even give me ANY extra? And she a manager? What happened to customer always right or at least being for the customer and not always about the business? She acts like it’s comujg out of her check to hook up 1 door dash customer with a few extra candies. Absolutely ridiculous and that females manager needs a demotion…
Sorry but not a good experience and we have been getting no marinara in outler order the past 6 orders and it has clearly been on every receipt because it has included motz sticks….. How the hell do you not give marinara for motz sticks no matter what? Terrible terrible terible and I’m mad because this is my locally one and I’ll never eat there again. Skimotly on the chili and cheese just all around terrible location

Worst Sonic around!! Do NOT go here. Manager “Rose” was insanely rude. There was 1 car in front of us and we still waited in the drive thru for 20 mins. The minute she took our order she was rude. Got to the window, had to wait forever before she took our money. Gave us the order and when I asked about the receipt, she rolled her eyes, slammed the window shut, got the receipt, and basically threw at us out the window. Extremely rude and will not be going back
