Everytime I order which is literally every night from this location from my app my drinks are always wrong!!! It’s so frustrating! Some of the car hood are super nice but others not so much! The girl who brought the right drinks to me this evening was probably the nicest one I’ve had there!! This location needs to get it together !!! I get we make mistakes when you get busy but every time is going to far!!

Spent 18.00 bucks plus tip and the cheese burgers and fries were lousy! The fries were no bigger than my little finger, both burgers were NOT fresh at all. Too bad, won’t be going back.

Got home to find out that the honey bbq chicken was rock hard and hardly any sauce.
It was drizzled over the top few pieces. Since I only drove less that 5 minutes, it was the chicken was either overcooked or more likely had been sitting for way too long.
At least the carhop was very nice and had great customer service.

Every time i go here the food is always cold. Fries are always under cooked soggy and cold even though i ask for fresh ones every time, they obviously have problems listening to the costumer..obviously most the evening workers are lazy and don’t want to work seeing that it is every time i go to this sonic.. they aren’t throwing things out when it is past its time id say considering i worked fast food when i was younger and the food was never like that.. i wont be ordering from here again..

The customer service sucks here. The manger Tori stated that when customer gives extra money that it is normal for the carhop to assum it is a tip and not customer wanting exact change; since tipping is the norm. In my experience with customer service you give the correct amount of change back to the customer. The customer will then let you know different if that is the case.

This particular location is terrible as a work enviremnet and as a customer. The food taste different than every other sonic in town as if they are doing something different. Many times showing up late at night and ordering sometimes 40$ worth of food and they get lazy and don’t make half of it and purposefully don’t give a receipt. Wait times are insanely too long. Everytime i order a water it ends up being carbonated. Sweet tea is never sweet. If your going to sonic in town. Don’t go to lake Avenue location.

We asked for tea with no sugar, double checked the receipt, and still received a sweet tea. We had to ask twice for napkins and still didn’t get any. We’ve had problems like this each time we go to the South End location. The carhop was very polite though.
