They took forever. I had one drink. I am sitting here writing the review while waiting for the one drink. It was a sweet tea, one you pour from a spout so not complicated or time consuming.

The worker inside was rushing about completely over stressed, and I’m not putting her down, but I am saying that this company did not properly staff this location. This experience was extremely disappointing.

It was all cold. Vegetables on the sandwiches were rotten. The tots weren’t cooked and they missed my burger. Its too much money to throw away on something you can hardly eat. I’ll never be back. The servers were fine and I wasn’t rude. Seemed like they were messing up everywhere and we waited for over 30 minutes. The car in front of us just took off the wait was so long. Not only that but there are lights out all over, busted menu screens, and trash everywhere. There is obviously very little if any care given here.

It sucked i can’t believe i paid $18 for some chicken tenders that were thinner than my beacon. And my so called large onion rings were mostly crumbled up batter, and my corn dog was so overcooked that it tasted burnt and was to hard to pull apart. I’m very disappointed in your quality of food. And please train your employees throw out food thats been sitting for to long. And how to cook.

A couple of weeks ago I went to the Sonic out on South 169 Highway. When I ordered my food my wife and I both want it just a single smashburger, but was told they were out of singles they could only sell doubles and triples and when I asked if I could only put a single Patty on each bun I was told no I would have to buy the doubles. Even further I was told there was no pickles and I thought that’s what was one of the things that made us Smashburger what it is! On the bright side as cold as it was there was a young man they had walking around with a tray giving out napkins and condiments hats off to that young man I never caught his name.

slow service, food was old, they gave me stale burnt fries? and on top of that didn’t even give me my right drink. this gotta be the worse one in st joe. make the extra mile and go to a different one, avoid this like the plague.

We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order, which is obviously completely I unacceptable!
They said they only had 1 carhop and that poor women was running around like a chicken with her head cut off.
They ran out of Texas toast, did not tell us, so we could have driven off without one of our sandwiches without them refunding anything!
When our food FINALLY got to us it was cold! I’m honestly livid at this service and how badly it went.
If things had been communicated when we ordered I could have been more understanding or gone to order somewhere else.

As with any restaurant you can have your good days and bad days. It has been the second time I have been here. I drive a big truck for a living and park across the street at Casey’s and walk over to eat. Both times the food was good…not great or fantastic but a whole lot better than other places I have eaten at. I just want to say that you can’t please everyone all the time no matter how good the food is or the service etc. AND, NO THIS AIN’T AN AI GENERATED REVIEW. Thank you for your time
