Went on my lunch and was in a rush to eat when I came back. I looked down at my sandwich and it was not cooked!! I had ate half and will be sick it was that uncooked! Went to get a new one and tell them the manager said “It’s just a little pink” no ma’am it is not. My new order they gave me was also not cooked. My fries were still cold and had 0 color to them like they do when they’re cooked. I will be taking it up with corporate because that is unsafe and the employees should care more.

Waited at drive thru menu for half an hour. No one took my order or even spoke to me in that time. Repeatedly tried to get the attention of an employee to see if the speaker was down or something, but was repeatedly ignored. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

I will never go again. The place is very mismanaged. I usually stop in on Wednesday nights after dog training. Two weeks ago waited at drive through to order and no one answered. This week they answered but couldn’t take our order. We switched now.

Management needs to listen to their staff and customers and HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I tried to go in for lunch and saw about three employees. One was an older lady, the other was a manager who looked like he was working really hard but overwhelmed because of the customer:employee ratio.

Just stay away. I waited in line for 20 minutes for my online order, was then told that they weren’t doing online orders and it had now switched to lunch because I had to wait so long.. this was 20 min of my life I’ll never get back

Placed order for 2 McNugget happy meals at 11:41. Was directed to a spot so food could be delivered. 20 minutes later food was delivered. Joked with my granddaughters that I’m afraid to look in the boxes, maybe we got burgers and not McNuggets. Got home and NO MCNUGGETS IN EITHER BOX!!! Never returning to this location.
