Our child was not feeling well in the drive through and the workers and manager (I believe) were literally the nicest people of all time. That’s a rare thing these days and I cannot thank them enough. They went above and beyond and were so kind. And of course, the food was great too! Thanks so being awesome!

They service was fast but our tots are stale and my ultimate meat and cheese burrito is about half the size it normally is. When I opened it up it was mainly egg with a couple pieces of bacon and sausage and 2 tots. I am not satisfied and will not be coming back to this location.

Just got food from here. Tots were so old and hard, they crumbled. Wrong burger given with the order. Drove back up there only to be given attitude by whoever was wearing the microphone, in black pants and a gray sweatshirt. Get new help and serve the food people expect. Unacceptable service and food. Got home and the burger is still incorrect and cold. You have to be kidding me.

Went back because my sandwich was wrong. Asked for a SEC Toaster. Got bacon. Well I guess that meant I wanted it on a hamburger bun. Decided not to go back again. Rough deal. Hopefully they pay attention next time. Not for me but for the customer.

This is the second sonic that gave me a plane burger when I asked for the Big Dill Meal. It’s advertised as a double smasher with lettuce, fried pickles and ranch dressing. Not a plane burger. Should have checked my order. A plane smasher burger with nothing on it is very bland and not good.

Stopped in for lunch. The food was hot and delicious. I had the double cheeseburger and onion rings. My wife had the chicken crispy tenders. She is a fan of the groovy sauce!
The service was pretty quick and we received our food with a friendly smile. I will be back.

Once again, trouble at this Sonic getting our order correct. Ordered a super sonic double cheeseburger,got a single. Ordered tater tots got cold fries. Didnt receive receipt. I will no longer order at this Sonic.

The only reason I stopped here was to pick up my favorite food from Sonic( Chicago Dog). And this Sonic doesn’t sell them. It’s wasn’t the end of the world and I moved on. But the food that I did end up ordering wasn’t hot and fresh and was just not good.
Little disappointed in this place.
But the parking lot looked clean and the cashier was very friendly.

Update: I received a call from the store manager and he was very upset with the Sonic support staff for the way they handled my complaint. I have a refund waiting anytime I can make it back that way, and I really appreciate it. Someone there actually DOES care!
I ordered AND PAID FOR two double bacon cheeseburgers along with sides at the drive through from the Kearney Missouri Sonic. After waiting for fifteen minutes to get my order and then making the half hour drive on home, we discovered that we received only single bacon cheese burgers. SINCE this is not even close to the first time this particular location has jacked us on basic orders, I contacted the telephone number on the receipt and provided all the proof, only to be informed that I can only get a refund if I used the app to make my order, which I obviously had not. BUT, they wanted to “make it up to me” with a coupon for two free cheeseburgers, with the caveat that I can only use it with another purchase AND have to download their app to get the coupon! WHAT kind of THIEVERY is this!?! Sonic will never again get my business, I am incredibly disgusted at the lack of care and service from a business that claims to be service-oriented. You will NOT be stealing from me anymore, and that’s certain!!!

I work locally here in kearney and have been going to sonic for my lunch breaks for awhile now. They always take good care me and get me my order quickly. Natasha is normally the one who takes my order and runs it out to me. She’s always quick and polite, just like the rest of her crew. Thank yall for the great service!
