was a little skeptical when i saw the other reviews but it wasn’t too bad, really the only issue i had was the amount of baby gnats.. there were so so many. food was good, so no issues there, and my carhop was nice.

Hi my name is Trever dunfield me and my wife recently moved to town and we had just had are princess passed away lastweek and just happen that me and my wife wanted to try out sonic in higginsvile mo for are first time ever and when we got my food there was a hair on it and then I called for them to fix my order so they did but when I went to eat 11$ cheeseburger literally there was another damn hair in my sandwich so I called them for a 3rd time and they said they was sorry and they would fix it again when I Came by when I got off work well when that time Came I went to get my food thinking and hoping it would of fixed finally without a hair in it and well the general manager named Stacy came out and was completely rude and disrespectful to the point that not only did I call corporate and that my witnesses was shocked and ready to help me with my attorney just so this Stacy lady is fired and no rehired at Sonic for being a general manager you would expect leader ship to be polite and respectful not only that but if your going to have anything to say to my face about not making my food again without a hair then u best be wearing a damn hairnet inside working at any food place so no thank you on making my meal again because it’ll just get messed up for the fact that me and my family was treated by very poor

I understand the deal of trying to save a buck, but I think they went entirely too far. A new Qeuso Bacon Ranch Wrap is kinda small but not bad. In the pictures on tv and on the menu. But what you get is a completely different thing. This thing was closer to the size of the honey mustard packet. Tiny is the word. It’s like a chicken nugget with some other stuff on it and a whole lot of tortilla. The same for their breakfast burritos. Portion size was like little kid size, like a 5 year old size.

I ordered a regular breakfast burrito. They gave me one with 1 tiny piece of sausage, a bite of egg (and that’s being generous) and the rest was filled with onions and jalapeños. Every Sonic I go to just isn’t the same. Quality lacking more and more every time.

Today I got a foot-long chili dog with onions and mustard, and I swear I don’t think you could’ve put any more mustard on it. It was running off the ends. It was running off the sides. It was running out of the package.
I left it on the table out front. Impossible to eat.
And as a bonus, they couldn’t even include a fork
