Today I got a #1 with no cheese, no tomato and no onion through the drive-thru. I get home and open my burger, and it’s loaded with onions and cheese. And nasty amount of mayo. This is totally unacceptable. I’d like to be compensated back for this somehow before going through to corporate. This has happened multiple times at this location for me, I’m quite over it. It’s not a crazy request. Literally just read the ticket in the picture! lol!

The evening manager is an Awesome person. He will always make sure that you are satisfied. He is hands on, and assists his staff. You can see that the staff really appreciate working with him. The food is always fresh, the atmosphere is quiet, but very laid back.

I just stopped into Hardee’s #1506139, down here in Fuquay-Varina NC. I got a Mushroom, Swiss Burger & fries. I have to admit that was one of the best burger and fries, I have had in a long time. The meat was fresh and it was a very well made Burger. The fries were nice and hot. I would like to thank Anthony and his staff for some really good food.

I just ordered from this location. The new grilled cheese burger, and a 3 piece tender with honey mustard. And I had to already post about it. This is the best Hardee’s I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve eaten a lot of Hardee’s. It was hot and made fresh. The gentleman checking me out was friendly and on point with service in the drive thru. I hate I did not catch his name, but he deserves a raise and recognition for how good this is. It is in the top 3 best burgers I’ve ever had, and it’s from a fast food establishment! I will go out of my way to return to this location now. Thank you!

every time i try to give hardee’s a chance, im reminded why i don’t. went this morning for a SIMPLE breakfast: sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns. what i got: sausage egg half cooked biscuit with old grease tasting hashbrowns. i called back to let management know and they hung up on me TWICE. i am going in person to get a refund but this is for sure the last time i eat at this horrible restaurant !!!

Not sure why I keep giving this location a try. Orders are constantly wrong. This morning I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit, NO cheese, for someone with a dairy allergy, and somehow was served a biscuit with just bacon and cheese, no egg… On top of this, staff often come off as rude and wait times can be very long.

F’n Disgusting. Ordered chicken tenders and noticed there was black stuff on one of the tenders and hair on the side of the box. You could see it in the picture. Christ only knows what I swallowed. These had to have been dropped on the floor. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Why do these places hire such trash workers that hate being there? If you hate your job, do something else. Don’t go around making people sick.

Gross. Ordered the new waffle chicken sandwich. Not recognizable. Tasted even worse. Like throwing your money straight into the garbage. Ordered large side of hash browns. Good but didn’t bother to fill the container even halfway. Paid for all large. Got a kiddie size.
