Ordered a combo through the drive through. Thought I was going to go home, enjoy my food & quiet house and I get there and open this up ‍♀️ no lettuce, tomato, onion nothing. Meat, cheese and burnt bacon. The lady who took my order was especially pleasant but this just ruined my lunch.

The location is not my favorite to get to. I’ve never had any problems with the staff. The food is hit or miss. I got a cherry limeade and it tasted watered down, my jr burger was dried out as if it had been sitting on the grill for an hour. My car hop was Armoni she was very polite and checked back on me. Definitely disappointed in with my meal.

Update 10/23: went for just a milkshake and they messed that up. My chocolate shake was vanilla. Not even worth taking back because the night crew is so bad here.

This sonic must be the most poorly managed one in the metro. They constantly screw up orders even for regulars. They are regularly rude and the manager might as well not show when you wait 15 mins for them to even take your order. There is better one 2 miles away in Raymore and Belton both are a better sonic to spend your dollar at.

This sonic is rarely decent, not even good, but is currently going through one of its all too common terrible phases. If you order online, be ready to wait 10 minutes for them to realize they have an order, then another 15 minimum for them to make your food, though you may still get cold food by some awful miracle. The oil is either old or the are regularly leaving fries foods in too long, you may get half your food the way you ordered itat best, no utensils, the onions have taken over any burger ordered, and no receipt shall be offered. Anyone who seems decent here will not last. Either go elsewhere or to the nearest sonic that isn’t this.

Tomorrow will be fine, but if i go, i’ll be fooled again, the cola is almost flat and the fries aren’t fresh. And the hamburger patty is incredibly salty. Sorry, but I’ll leave a review today.

I ordered two corn-dogs. They looked like they were electrocuted. I went back, ordered two more. Waited about 10 minutes. Burned again, but at least no burn holes the second time around. :/

Used the drive through last night. It sounded like a huge party going on in there. It was so loud they could not hear my order. After repeating it several times he finally was able to take it. When I got to the window they were all laughing and jumping around. Having a very good time. After receiving my order, it was only half there. I had to turn around, go back through the line to get my fries. Very poor service and I wonder where the night manager was.

My wife made a $20 mobile order and showed up at 10 pm. The whole place was dark and nobody inside or out. Says it closes at 11. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I could easily cancel my order and get refunded. But this is one of those where you HAVE to go through an annoying customer service call just to get your money back.

So I placed an order for a jr double and a DP about 2 weeks ago, when I got my burger the bun was hard and the meat was old, drive thru attendant didn’t give me my receipt of course but I called back as soon as I pulled off as work only allows a 30 min lunch so I had no time to go right back spoke to a woman that day said she took my name come get replaced. I call today to verify there is a new GM Shelly a man, told him what was going on he was happy to replace, but even though it was made fresh it is full of mustard and grease and a pinkish color, blood from the Pattie’s I’ve worked at sonic almost 20 years so I am well aware what it is I tried to eat but the 2nd bite I just couldn’t stomach any longer. I hate to do this but this is not acceptable you can make someone very sick. Please do better.

I placed my order with no meat for a reason. I’m highly intolerant to pork and it will literally make me vomit for hours. This is what I received. The burrito wasn’t hot or melted, there was ONE jalapeño in it, and looks like they had made it with meat and then realized they messed up and tried to pick it out. A complete waste of my money.
