I ordered caramel frappe there was no caramel big ice chunks and it tasted like water. Fry’s were cold. I said no pickles on my triple cheese burger. Got pickles anyways. Then I find out that corporate for this McDonald’s does not do pup cups??? I will not be returning to this McDonald’s ever. You should be ashamed!

Yesterday I went here to grab breakfast. Not only did they short me 3 of their greasy hashbrowns, but I also didnt receive my egg mcmuffin. I also ordered a bacon biscuit which was a mistake because there was so little bacon, it could of been used for bacon bits on a salad instead. This is horrible. Money we pay for food and service should be better than this. This bad level of service isnt meant for working with food…

The one time the machine wasn’t broken in several months and they still can’t make a McFlurry. They handed me plain soft serve that didn’t even have vanilla flavor to it with a pinch of oreo on top. Not to mention it took 20 minutes for them to get to me at the drive through since their friends were all lined up at the outer lane so they ignored me at the inner lane.This place really lives for the stereotype and definitely isn’t worth it.

I’ve given chance after chance but they need to figure something out. Drive thru is always slow. Onions come standard on a double cheeseburger, 9 out of 10 times they don’t put it on there, then when I go to the counter to ask for onions they look at me like I’m an alien….food is cold more than half the time. For the inflated prices I would expect the quality to uphold some sort of standard.

delivery order and missing sauces and straws, thats fine i can just take the lid off i got ketchup at home. missing my 6 piece nugget i payed for and my burger was not cooked fully. my family’s burgers were big macs and they just wanted no onions and they gave us plain big macs with only onions and sauce very disappointed. i tried calling the store 6 times with no answer. i work in fast food myself and its not hard to make and pack up an order correctly.
