Usually we have a good experience here but all the burritos we ordered were not only missing the sausage but they had maybe a quarter of the usual fillings. These were tiny burritos when actually wrapped correctly which they weren’t coming from the sonic. We are very disappointed by the quality and size of the burritos for the price we paid.

Oh what on earth!?! I am amazed this made it out the door to a customer (see photo). Stopped as the grandsons wanted corn dogs. Ordered 4 corn dogs and 2 tots. Started on the tots on the drive home (easy finger food for the boys), tried one and they were literally cold, not like warm or just off the fryer but like they had been bagged and sitting for maybe 3-5 minutes before we got them. Then once home we opened the corn dogs, wow there is no quality control here. 2 were ok but two were tough as leather and appeared burnt and like it had been through combat. Needless to say the boys weren’t happy. Found out after we drove home to have lunch. (This was Saturday, Oct. 25, 25 about 12:40pm). Beware if you use this Sonic, they’ll ‘ef’ you in the drive thru (knowing you’ll be long gone before you find out).

Girl taking the order is rude! What happened to customer service?? Sonic knows better than that! I understand it’s hard to find good help these days, but train your employees. I ordered onion rings and she said “we don’t have any.” So I said , oh, you’re out?” And she said we don’t have any.” Sonic, it’s very easy to put a notice on your menu of the items you have, and do not have. PSA! Sonic no longer carries onion rings at this location. The chicken swing should be on the dollar menu it’s so small. I asked for pickles and mayo and this is what I got. Not eating here again.

Every time I’ve ever had to deal with this place it’s been horrible. From waiting 20 minutes for a single drink, to being served nasty food, this place lacks it all. This time was just it. Look at the pictures if you want proof. Chili was over cooked, our hotdog was burnt completely on one side and nearly uncooked on the other. Food was NASTY and so are the prices. Our sonic blast literally had ice CHUNKS in it. Only good thing was they put a lot of cookie dough bits in it.

Showed up at 715 , pulled into stall and waited a while probably 5 min before I was told mobile order only. Ok I get it no problem I sat their and made a mobile order , then pulled into drive thru and had no response so I pulled you to window. There I found what looked like a 1 man show ( this is on owners / managers) 1 guy cooking and severing everything at 7pm a prime dinner time. None the less the food was as cold as snow and the buns was like eating cardboard. As someone who used to cook for sonic what an absolute disappointment. There is absolutely no way any of the food I was served was made with in an hr of me being there. I won’t make the mistake again. Message for owner ( if you don’t care about your business enough to even put two people on staff at a peak time , just close it . Your employee was doing his absolute best for what you gave him to work with. What an absolute disgrace to the sonic i grew up with ).

Our wait time at the restaurant was over 20 minutes. The chicken strips were very old and cold. Both our buns were partially frozen and turning soggy. The tator tots were not fully cooked and none of our food was warm. I called twice and received no answer and no voice-mail.

NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER SPEND YUR MO EY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS DISGUSTING DISRESPECTFUL. NO GOOD CUSTOMER service they are rude. They leave you waiting for a long period of time. No respect just a business that shouldn’t be open or have people running it who don’t want to work. Food poisoning. It hit fast…20 mins after eating. They only take cash..prolly why..bad food. No money trail. Bad Food Dumping on clients is illegal. This plsce needs investigating by Health Dept. 1st and LAST time I go there. Good luck!

We often order sonic drinks at our workplace to reinforce our employees. We understand that we usually give them a big order and we are patient, but it will take sometimes 30 minutes for our drinks only order to be ready. Also today we found mold on the lemons in 2 of our drinks… we will not be coming back.
