I would normally give this location a 5 star. It’s ALWAYS on point. Today though was a bit disappointing. My chili cheese tots were stood up in the bag and were basically in a clump at the bottom.. quite a mess.. also ordered a double bacon sonic cheeseburger. Mind you I ordered it plain, no cheese.. just the meat… the amount and quality of bacon speaks for itself on this $7+ burger…. Come on y’all… boo this burger with me….
I will add the positive note that the place was clean, the lady was cordial and the food was on point…

I ordered fries with no salt and a blast. Waited 15+ minutes and it’s clear that my blast was made first and it sat the whole time because it was completely melted by the time I got it. There was also salt on the fries. They at least could’ve done something right for as long as a waited…

We stopped to try the dill pickle meal deal. It was interesting, but I don’t think a pickle slush is for me. I wish they’d bring back the chocolate jalapeño shake they did year ago out in California.

Yep, I’m 59, and i love me a bacon cheese burger. Soooooo good. They also have the good. FOAM glasses that make it worth buying . No sweating ,stays colder so much longer. The atmosphere is very nice.

Edit: Changed my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star because was reached out to by Jennifer the manager and she apologized for the incident and is fixing it. I get sometimes accidents happen an I am grateful for her reaching out to me and taking the time to make it right!
I have eaten here for years and the food an service have always been great but this afternoon when I ordered one of their chilli cheese dogs they had a special going for, halfway through mine I go to take a bite and there’s some long black curly hair embedded on the side of the hot dog…. I don’t know whether it was a guys mustache hair or something else.

Not my favorite food choice, but when I go here they seem to want to work hard, and correct issues if needed.
Have had a hiccup one time where a order didn’t come out for 55 minutes and was told “we’re busy” when checking in after 25 minutes. After 55 minutes It was immediately pointed out placed under a shelf when management was asked about the order. Like she knew, but didn’t care. They go to the customer, not under a dirty shelf for 45 minutes to be re made later. Should never have to get out of the car to find out what is going on at a car hop, and a 55 minute wait with unresponsive staff Def justifies going to find out where your paid for product is at.

Bun was kinda hard looks like something ate it before me it was even kinda cold and I’m not even 2 mins away cheese sticks were about 20-30 mins old not fresh food at all the cheese was already solid in my sticks again I order them a lot I know how they are after 20 mins
