9/28/25. Orded two triple smash burgers exactly the same, no pickles, add bacon, add garlic butter (which was noted on the receipt), and a strawberry cheesecake shake.

Both burgers showed up without garlic butter or bacon, and one had all three patties less than halfway on the bun. The burgers tasted like the griddle hadn’t been cleaned in several days, and when I asked for bacon to add to the burgers myself, I was met with a look and attitude as though I had kicked the carhop’s dog.

The shake was ok, but poorly mixed.

I really enjoy eating at Sonic, but I WILL NOT be returning to this location.

Last night on Thursday, December 4th, 2025, I made an order from Sonic on Doordash. I placed the order around 9:25 pm. When I placed the order, it said there was 5 minutes left to order from this store. So obviously, the cutoff time for Doordash orders was at 9:30. The food was scheduled to arrive at my house between 9:40-9:50. I noticed the time kept getting pushed back and wondered what was going. I checked the order progress and it said the dasher was waiting at Sonic to pick up my order, but on the map she was somewhere else entirely. Then I noticed she had messaged me and said that she arrived at the Sonic at 9:33 pm and they had told her they had canceled my order and they were closed, so she couldn’t pick it up. But the order was not showing as canceled on my end. The dasher said it wasn’t on her end either. It kept showing as an active order. I went on Google to check their store hours, and according to that, they close at 9 pm on Thursdays. So they close at 9, but have their Doordash set to accept hours until 9:30. That makes a lot of sense. I tried calling, but immediately got a busy signal. I assumed this was because they were already closed. They told the dasher they canceled the order, but obviously they didn’t do what they needed for that to happen either. I guess the dasher was finally able to drop the order, and then it proceeded to get reassigned to about half a dozen dashers over the next couple hours, all of which were unable to complete it because the Sonic was closed. I tried to cancel the order myself but the app said if I canceled while a dasher was assigned to it, I would not be able to get a refund. Finally, after 11 pm, I checked again and it didn’t currently have a dasher assigned to it, so I was able to cancel it and a refund was issued for the Doordash fees, but not the cost that went to Sonic. Today, I tried to call this Sonic location for some clarity and to resolve this issue, and was met with a busy signal every time at all hours of the day. So evidently they have their phone off the hook or something. I was able to contact Doordash customer service and they said the remaining amount of my refund will be seen in my account within 3 days, so that was a misunderstanding on my part, but this location has incorrect store hours, incompetence with working Doordash, and is impossible to contact. I love Sonic, but don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again

Food was as expected, and consistently meets expectations. The staff is very friendly, quick and calls me by name when I swing by (even though this is not a regular thing for me). They always have a smile on their face and the customer service is good

Today’s was .99 cent corn dog day, so I obviously know they’re going to be busy.. getting my order wasn’t the issue and the food was fresh. However, the lady who delivered my food was extremely RUDE!! We got 6 corn dogs, cheddar peppers, & chili cheese tots… I asked for ranch and mustard and got northern and when flagging the cargo down she literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked for what I needed!! Then, asked for my receipt bc technically they have to charge me if I didn’t add it to my order. 1. Mustard was on my ticket… 2. Ranch ALWAYS comes with cheddar peppers. Atleast one anyway… She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t give that to me unless I paid her .35 cents. Told her how rude she was and she said “I am not rude” very rudely… we were also shorted a corn dog!!

I just want to give a shout out to Jason for delivering my food tonight. Excellent customer service and very sweet. I had the sonic bacon stack with onion rings. My food was so good it didn’t even make it home. Keep up the great work team. You’re awesome.

Horrible customer service. The server was rude. The manager was even more rude and looked like he was wearing a woman’s wig. He said he didn’t like the mobile app and it had nothing to do with his store. I’m sure his store has gotten paid for the food I’ve purchased thru the mobile app at least 50 times. My manager got a burger with a moldy bun 2x and just threw it away VS going back a third time. The customer service number provided on the receipt does not provide any resolution. The app is a major pain in the neck, However I suffer thru for the discounts. I won’t return to this sonic EVER I may not return to sonic at all. The franchise owners need to teach their staff something about customer service. The snack wraps are awful please discontinue. Shakes and slashes are always great.

I’ve been to this sonic alot and never had many issues but tonight I ordered ahead to pick up at a certain time. Apparently they made the milkshakes at the time I ordered because they were half melted, didn’t have a cup holder for them, when the waitress came to my car she came to my passenger side and I was the only person in my car, I’ve NEVER had anyone do that at any Sonic!! Food was ok but I had ordered ketchup for my fries and they must of been out of that too .

As long as you don’t use the App, you’re good. I say here for 30 minutes trying to get the app to work. Just push the button and do it old school! The food is typical for what you would find at any other sonic, not special to see here.
