I ordered a hot dog, and made no customizations besides LIGHT relish. My hot dog was put in the bag sideways with all of the the condiments pushed to one side, and absolutely COVERED in ketchup and mustard. A disgusting amount of it. The bun was completely torn as well. Completely ruined my experience here.

We have been regulars at this location for over 40 yrs. I didn’t think it would go this far down hill. Almost every time we’ve gone here in the last three yrs, the food has been the sloppiest, greasiest, grossest food ever! It even makes McD’s poison look good. I’m sorry to say… Never again, and goodbye to Sonic.

Ordered a basic cheeseburger combo with tots. The burger was okay. The tots however were inedible. I’d be willing to bet they have been sitting out for hours. Next level nasty. Definitely gonna be a while before I visit another sonic.

I ordered the BLT and my husband got a bacon cheeseburger. He literally had 3 burnt crumbs of bacon and I had….see photo! Matt the manager answered the phone after about 30 times calling and offered to replace our meal! I am just in disbelief that anyone would send this out! Just check your food before leaving! Thank you Matt for your apology and saying you will replace. I am just telling you to be sure to check your food before driving all the way home. I just had a Lettuce and tomato sandwich

Ordered 5 corn dogs and a small cheeseburger. Placed the order just before 1pm. We picked up the order and drove home. What i got was 5 corndogs and an egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. Not happy!!!

Went to Sonic around 730 pm on Thursday, they were a little busy but regardless, it was ridiculous! Ordered a 3 Chicken Strip Meal with Fries and a drink, cost around $10.00, plus a $2 tip. It honestly didn’t take as long as I expected it would but I would’ve rather waited for better food and service. A young lady came out, didn’t say more than 2 words, handed me drinks, food receipt, no smile, no is “there anything else”, literally just bounced as fast as possible. I pull the food from the bag, and I see why! These are a sad excuse for chicken strips, and I’ve gotten better, fresher fries in school cafeterias! Seriously don’t waste your time or money. If you want Sonic it’s worth the drive to go to the Farmington location, or hell even Festus!
