Went through drive though which was great, it was fast and easier than parking to wait for drinks. So happy this option was built into their new location. Staff was nice but I definitely prefer ordering through the app for great deals on drinks.

Normally food and drinks are good. I normally visit drink wise only. I had to stop ordering drinks with real strawberry fruit because they give you shaved strawberry water instead. I’ve tried other days/times thinking maybe they were just out and scraping out as much strawberries as they could but no.. they purposely give you shaved strawberry water.

Ya know it’s kinda wild how some places don’t even try, but then you pull up to this Sonic and they actually care. Like they don’t keep you waiting forever, they get your order right, and the folks working there still manage to be friendly even when they’re slammed. & that means a lot bc good service hits way harder for a customer than a company ever realizes. This spot really shows they’re trying, and it makes the whole place feel worth coming back to.

I often come here for my lunch break, but I’m gonna start heading else where. The service and quality has been a huge decline. I’m usually either given the wrong order, it’s not fresh at all, or someone treated my burger like punching bag. Strangely I get better service If I don’t tip? Make it make sense.

Wow I am so disappointed in not only the quality of the food but service as well. First of all the food is expensive so I would expect it to taste good, but it only tasted like dirty dishwater. I recently went to sonic and asked a question to only be greeted in a rude manner from one of the assistant managers. She was absolutely terrible and I think people like that ruin the industry.

Mike Burgess is top notch management at this store! Our DoorDasher majorly failed us tonight for my daughter’s birthday. The app was glitching so I called the store just to see if they could help, which there’s not really anything they could do… so DoorDash app eventually worked and they resent our food and it was okay. I get a call right after our food arrived and it’s the GM of the store, Mike. He said he pulled the camera footage and saw my driver picked up all my bags that were not delivered to me. She blamed the store saying they didn’t “give her” the bags and went back to cuss them out, sent me weird messages, etc. – it was clearly the DoorDash driver. Mike made everything right where he didn’t have to and these days, that’s rare. I’ll continue to go to this Sonic without the 3rd party! Thanks Mike Burgess!
