Terrible terrible !!! Have went twice , food was ok but ordered a blast and had absolutely no topping !!! Both times we got a sprinkle of topping and I paid for extra topping due to last experience. . Waited 20 minutes for $22 ice cream at the drive through.

Waited 40 minutes for my food and they were not as busy as they have been in the past where it’s only taken 20 minutes max. My order was completely wrong. Slush was melted and the wrong flavor. My food was also cold by the time they got it to me. Also didn’t even provide a fork for a meal that needed a fork. Don’t plan on coming back to this location any time soon.

One star only because zero was not an option. Drive-tru moved quickly, while those parked in stalls were left to wait. It should NOT take an hour for a Footlong Coney, fries, chili cheese fries, pretzel and two drinks! This was not at a busy time during the day, 1:45pm on a Sunday. Many stalls were open and the drive-tru was not backed up. Absolutely unacceptable wait times!

Go to Cuba Sonic. Bad place. Messed up food. Keeps messing up my orders. I was fine with the first one not with the second one. Based off reviews I’ve read. Trust the majority and not the local guide reviews. Unless. You’re a local guide. Because obviously they are getting special treatment and actually receiving good service. Otherwise avoid. Like I said Cuba Sonic is WAY better!

I went through the drive through expecting a bit of a delay due to the short amount of time this location has been open, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my hot food quickly and properly prepared. The gentlemen at the window kept me updated with what was happening with my order as I waited a very short time. This is a great addition to the small town of Sullivan, keep up the great work guys
