Night crew is some baboons evidently, sat forever waiting for my family’s food with no one else there.. messed up order, couldn’t get no one to come back out had to go back through the drive thru, dude had an attitude about having to give me the right stuff. Got home all the food was under cooked other then my 5 yo’s kids meal where the chicken was crunchy and dark like it had been reheated/old.

I ordered a vanilla shake with caramel drizzle on the top when they brought out my shake they tried to give me a caramel shake I declined to take it so she offered to remake it and I said please if it wasn’t to much to ask being apologetic for their mistake so they brought me out another shake it looked fine had tons of whip cream on top thinking they didn’t that for a miner inconvenience but when I got back I looked beyond the whole cream and I saw nothing but milk so I poked around and they put a scoop of ice cream in the bottom and poured a bunch of milk on top and didn’t even mix it or anything i definitely didn’t feel comfortable going back and asking for another remake cuz who knows what would have happened next just super childish I understand your under paid for the work u do but I was super sympathetic with the mistake so doing what they did was just uncalled for

Slow due to small number of employees working. 10 minute wait to get just a Route 44 Cherry Limeade, and then they made it wrong with no lime or cherry. This location seems to have issues often with quality and correctness.

Great Food! Great People!! I don’t know what it is about small town Sonic, but it’s always outstanding! They even took the time to individually wrap the trays so nothing stuck to the bag. I don’t see that everywhere.

Had the chicken sandwich. It hot and crispy. It was very good. Had the cherry limeade drink. Always get the lime wedges, but no cherry. Not today , had a cherry in the bottom. Yeah. Somebody knows how to make the drink.

Sonic is a very nice place to eat at. They have good food. But the Columbia Sonic just doesn’t do that. They seem to have very slow service. You could order one thing and then have to wait 30 minutes. Even during the non busy hours its like this. Another thing I don’t like is that they always get your order wrong. I’ve ordered the number 2 there multiple times and have not gotten it. All of the stuff I have said is very irritating but it doesn’t compete with there massive devit when you enter it. Its so big if you don’t notice it you could easily damage your car. I really feel like they should have a change in management. If it keeps up with how it is it will definitely get some violation.
