I just ordered a late lunch for my family from Sonic. The limeades that we ordered with our meal were carbonated. They’re normally just syrup taste with the ice. Carbonation was not welcome. It tasted like Sprite with a little bit of lime. It was awful. Is this normal now? If it is I don’t like it.

I pulled up to the drive through around 8pm-830pm and patiently waited for someone to help me on the speaker on the drive thru. I sat there for about 4 minutes without ever receiving a hello or greeting or anything really. So I pulled through the stalls and just made an order there. I asked if I could pay cash and was surprised they said no, dont understand how they dont take paper currency, but whatever. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake, 7$ and a complete waste of my money. Its just vanilla ice cream, not even pink, theres no strawberry chunks. Nothing. They just lazy and showered it in Graham crackers dust hoping it was good enough and that I wouldn’t notice. This is the most disgusting drink ive ever had honestly, just choking on grahram crackers, its not the first time this place disappointed me but itll certainly be the last. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Honestly surprised they’ve been able to keep this one open.

Horrible service! Place online order. Did not hear guy on intercom if I needed to pull around or stay in line. I said excuse me I did not hear you he never came back to intercom. So I assumed he said to pull around. I let him know I was there for my online pickup he said okay quickly. No, I will have right out to or nothing. I waited 15 minutes by now truck that was behind is get their food. I asked them to just cancel the order. I had to get back to work. Please don’t bother placing a online order or if you are on a time schedule. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I want to give a shoutout to the manager in the mornings and his staff. No matter how busy the store is-he is always pleasant and the food is always prepared perfectly. It can get really hectic at this location so it amazes me that they can get my food order correct, run around like they do, throw in little extras like salt and peppermints and still be so nice. They should all get big raises! They are wonderful. No I’m not related to anyone that works there lol

Hi there, not sure if I’ll get a response from this message but it’s worth a try.

Tonight we attempted to go to sonic for the first time in at least five years because we moved to a place that didn’t have one anywhere near us, we’ve recently moved to Belleville, Illinois, and we’re so excited to go to sonic tonight. We ordered our food, my son has celiac disease, so we ordered a burger with no bun, and he was really excited about it, we got all the way home which is about a 15 minute drive or so from the sonic to our house, and there was a bun on it. It even said no bun on the receipt so we didn’t think that we needed to check it. And we should’ve checked it, but we didn’t because I said no bun , and it said no bun on the receipt so I thought they knew what they were doing. I paid $30 for two people to eat, and they got it wrong. And he was not able to eat his dinner obviously. Instead of driving all the way back, I called the store. I requested the manager, and of course, instantly people assume that I’m a “Karen”. no, I’m a customer who’s just trying to feed her son and herself,that got the wrong order, and Was asking for a manager to rectify the situation. Someone got on the phone that sounded quite young, but I have no idea. I requested their name. He said it was Jaylin. He claimed to be the manager. I told him what the problem was, and I said when someone orders a burger with no bun, there’s a reason, and instead of any kind of apology or concern or attempt to rectify the situation, he simply hung up. He literally said no words to me, and hung up the phone When I attempted to call back times, no one ever answered the phone. So now I’m messaging you. I really hope that this is not the way sonic wants to treat their customers. I really hope you guys aren’t OK with this. I would love it if somebody would return a message to me, but I imagine you get many many messages. You probably will never see this and if corporate attitude is the same as this “managers” attitude, then I don’t expect to hear anything back, it’s just really such a shame that this is what Customer Service has come to. That you guys just show your customers that you just don’t care. Not about them, & not about doing a good job for them. I really really hope that’s not the case. I literally just wanted to let him know that the order was wrong and that I would like to come back and get a new order, but now I can’t trust them to even make the order correctly or safely.

Ordered normal chili dogs and a burger with no bun (celiac). Drive home, saw i got a burger with bun. Called to let them know. Manager Jaylen hung up mid call. Things would’ve been fine if he hadn’t been so rude to hang up in the middle of explaining that I’m disappointed i can’t eat the food i paid 30 bucks for. Staff was fine until phone call, would say terrible service.

My son & I stopped here after work the other day. I ordered via the app although I was already at the location. First the app stated the order would be ready by 6:09pm, but it was about 20 mins later that it was delivered to the car. Our slushies did not have the requested & paid for added fruit and the sizes were incorrect, but more than that, I ordered a $1.99 Baja Crispy Chicken Tender Wrap, since of course it looked delicious on the advertisement. The attached pic is what I received. SMH…
After sending the drinks back to be corrected, I asked the young lady to take the shriveled lil tender wrap back and just refund it because I didn’t have a desire to eat one at this point. (Somebody actually took their time to make & attempt to serve that…just mind blowing)! Well, when I asked about the refund for the wrap, she said she didn’t know what I wanted her to do with it & she didn’t know how to refund it and a manager would have to do it.
Finally she came back & said that the manager would refund the order & it would appear back on my card in 3-5 days. Still waiting…

Ordered 2 drinks for $8.09 nothing special
Simply 1 large coke
1 large cherry coke with real cherries
That’s it! Did I say $8.09!!!!!! Im usually regular but hadn’t been there in 2 months due to illness. Issue:
I had to repeat the order 7 times
Took 20 mins to receive order
Tasted horrible like nozzles needed to be cleaned and coke mixture not right. Poor guy in beanie was obviously overwhelmed and doing his best but did I say $8.09 for 2 large cokes(not special)

Just left..took damn near 30 minutes..no napkins,no pepper..food not good,shake thick as hell …my number 5 with a shake cost 16.31 and I couldn’t get a pack of pepper with this mid at best food. Master hand crafted ..lol..where? Not here..1 more time and im done with em..
