Came to this one around 10:30pm, maybe they were having a bad night, but i ordered two of the same meal, the same drinks everything basically the same, we got up to the window and who ever was working the window, was doing nothing but playing on her phone, we watched drinks get handed to her station along with food, and she just sat there, then after a few minutes she then gave us food and drinks that weren’t even ours, after looking at the receipt we saw she gave us someone else’s completely different order, with a different card number and everything. i personally know how fast food can be stressful or difficult, but SERIOUSLY?! Props to the girl with i think a little bit of blue dyed hair? after we realized the mistake we asked her about our order and she was the absolute sweetest about it, she helped got us what we ordered and apologized.

Waited 30 minutes at the drive through (my entire lunch break) after being told “We’ll be right with you.” We ecentually pulled out of the drive through up to the pickup window to order and the staff wouldn’t offer a discount or any type of compensation for ignoring us abandoned at the drive through.

My girls ordered a #3 (Sonic cheeseburger meal), a #12 (5-piece chicken tender meal) and I got a large fry with bacon and an M&M blast well blended. Out of 5 stars, both girls rated their food 4-4.3 . My food a 3. I don’t remember it tasting so greasy. The M&M blast was made exactly how I remember.

I applaud the effort of the carhop cavity at the drive through window. She was on top of taking orderss. For example, she took the initiative to go outside to take drink orders when there was something going on with the machine. The temperature was in the negatives. She actually showed she cared!! Comparing my experience the night prior at Wendy’s, where it was the complete opposite. The Sonic Team today is given a “WOW” score from me. The food itself actually tasted delicious. As I said before, I have a recent comparison. The cashier got it orders wrong, didn’t care for detail, nothing… Overall, I’m happy with my experience at Sonic today. The only thing was that she was so busy that she forgot to finish tending to me before going to other customers.

Maybe chalk it up to a bad night, but it was definitely not the night to go. I ordered 2 drinks, popcorn chicken, and mozzarella sticks. We sat in the drive through for 10 mins waiting on the food. The lady helping asked for the receipt back so she could remember what we ordered. So she gave the bag of food with receipt and drink. We went around the corner to check the food as we ordered medium drinks and she gave smalls and not one item in the bag was what we ordered. Mind you she took the receipt back to double check the food. So I had to go into the building and ask for everything to be changed to what we ordered. So fast food wasn’t so fast and simply forgetting about our food, shows the care level (tonight) of staff working. Maybe just one bad experience doesn’t deserve this post, but maybe they will read and this will help out. I will try again to give them another shot.

I’m not writing this to be mean. My granddaughter and I visited yesterday around 3 pm. Each of the 3 employees we encountered were super friendly and you could tell they were trying. We ordered a dirty dragon blood slush and a cherry limeade slush. My first sip of the cherry limeade tasted like coconut. My granddaughters slush was not dirty and had raspberry added. We ordered 2 garlic bacon burger meals. 1 with pickles, 1 without onions. We got pickles on the no onion one and onions on the other. Drinks were happily remade although the cherry limeade wasn’t a slush because it was carbonated. Burgers were happily remade and were right this time. And to top it off a woman from the drive thru came in and her order was incorrect as well. I think the employees were pleasant and the food was okay but I think maybe it was an inexperienced crew.

Around 10pm oct. 24th, i pulled into a stall next to my friend and realized my menu doesnt work, so i hopped into his car and we requested to place a second order. Lady said “we dont do second orders”. So i said ill come in to place my order. As im walking in, i hear her loudly complain abt me trying to place a second order to her co-worker next to the doorway of the kitchen. How am i supposed to know that? Why cant you wait until your doors are locked and your place is closed to complain about your customers?

First time at a Sonic and it was a terrible experience. I was the only customer inside and I still waited 5+ minutes for someone to take my order… Apparently ordering outside has higher priority than customers inside which doesn’t make any sense. Food was ok. 1 guy was running around trying to help while others in the back talked and were on their phones. I do not recommend going here.

I had ordered thru the drive thru one evening and when I got home the order was wrong. I called the restaurant however no answer.

The next morning I stopped In to talk to a manager and Christy the GM was there.

I spoke to her and she rectified the problem immediately.

The food is always hot and fresh. The service mistake was corrected.

I would highly recommend them and their team for their efforts.

Terribly dry mozzarella sticks and old dry chicken served when it was hardly busy. Great employees but this is the 3rd time Ive gotten old, dry food. I dont think Ill he back since the same thing keeps happening
