First, I will say that we REALLY like their food! Especially coney dogs, drinks & breakfast

SUPER disappointed with this location in the evening. We have tried and tried to give them our business but the incredibly slow service makes it difficult. We have been almost the only people there and still waited almost 30 minutes for drinks.

Our last visit on 7/6/2024 we ordered an American dog & tots at 6:22pm, waited and waited at the stall, finally 20 minutes later I pushed the button again. “Oh yes we have your order it is over at DT since they took the order.” Nice! So our food has sat at least 15+ minutes and what do they do, bring it to us, of course! I ask them to take it back because it is cold. They do. 5-7 minutes later they come back with fresh tots, but the hotdog is the same one. Cold and the bun is a soggy mess! My husband gave up (we have now been there for almost 40 minutes now) ate the tots and threw the hotdog away.

I understand being a bit slow in the morning, as usually there was only 2 people working. And I always went through DT. But since they did away with the early morning drink special I generally go other places if I want breakfast.

Chili cheese tots were great.
Classic Coke just the way it should be Cold and fizzy
The hamburger on the other side was not!
I ordered a double meat double bacon .
The bacon was good but the double meat not a drop juice/moisture Nada -0.
They were obviously cooked beyond point.Crispy dry.
This is a fast food place people depend on a good hamburger if they don’t find it here they will find it somewhere else.
I will come back next week and see if it has changed for the best and i will edit the review to a 5 dtar

I often get at least one thing wrong in my order here. I still come often as it’s one of my favorites but the service here is slow and I’d recommend thoroughly checking your order before you pull away.

Food was AMAZING!!! But the carhop asked to keep All my change. Bill was $9.88 I gave her a $20 bill. Ask her why, was it for a local Food drive, cancer fund or covid related? She said no, very angrily, and said since she was so cute that she felt that she “deserved” that big of a tip. UGH!!! Self entitled kids these days! I told her she I wanted my change she worked same as me & to spend her money wisely. And to ask her clients while she was working the street corner for tips.NOT ME! I won’t go back here.

Stopped by for lunch (1 pm) with a friend on September 15. We were treated to luke warm cheesebugers and cold fries. I guess they were trying to get rid of leftover food rather than preparing fresh…expect better from Sonic.

10/12. Thanks for the canned response to my review. I dont think i want to call the manager on duty because that is something you all in customer relations should do. Also if there was a manager on duty the day i was there they must be ineffective or asleep at the wheel to let this happen. Final comment…see review just before mine….cold food…hmmm looks like you have a problem there..

This location is pretty hit or miss. I typically order through the app, wait about 20 mins past the “expected” time that the app gives, push the button, they say they are only doing drive thru right now, pull up to the drive thru and tell them the stall number & it’s not really a big deal HOWEVER I wish they would just turn the app off when they can’t properly fulfill those orders as I have seen the app say they’re currently not accepting mobile orders at this time before. Not a big deal just inconvenient & I only ever order this way when I’m not in a hurry. Our last visit I decided to just order there in a stall, overall pretty smooth until the food came out. It was definitely someone else’s order. But the manager came out and fixed the situation very quickly and in a friendly manner, she was great! So im sure I will return to this location as I was very pleased with the managers response to an issue!

We ordered the #9 Footlong Quarter Pound Coney meal, upsized drink & fries to large, ordered an extra Footlong Quarter Pound Coney. Well 1 of 2 Coney dogs wasn’t even a Quarter Pound Coney, it was 2 hotdogs on a Coney bun, that’s not even a Footlong, they charged me the Coney price for it and we ordered a large fries got a Medium at a large price and they was cold. Will not be back guarantee, won’t be taken advantage of twice

This is usually my go to place before. I gotta go to work at night. And it been a few months since I’d been here so I thought I’d stop by tonight. Been craving a Chicken Sandwich. Thought I’d grab some tenders to snack on through out the night.. I got the 5 piece. Get to work and it looks like I got the bottom of the bag kind of sad.. One of them was clearly broken half, but they counted it as 2 pieces.. It’s been an emotional week and I just wanted some tenders. And I don’t have time to call and come pick up more food. I’m not usually a complainer but Dang, the picture looked pretty good. I was expecting some crispy sexy looking things.

I’ll start with the positive.. the lady who took our order was very kind and the carhop was kind as well. Only reason I would even give a one star..

Ordered cheese fries tonight, and what I got I could have honestly just made at home. Most cheese fries have a type of cheese sauce drizzled on top, but mine literally had sliced cheese that wasn’t even completely melted. Figured since it was close to closing time, I would just let it go… get home to eat only to find hair mixed in with the stale “cheese sliced” fries. I’m honestly disgusted and really don’t think I’ll ever be back.
