Nice people work there but the biggest problem is the milkshake / ice cream prices. Its so bad, 8 dollars for a single oreo shake, i mean its tasty but the TB luxe box is that price. The price is just not mathing up, bring back the half off milkshake deal then I will bring the business. Until then, the charts can see red

It’s a hit or miss with this place. A few months ago the service and food was horrible. A few weeks the service was amazing. The girls were working hard and still kept a smile. I was in the drive thru so I could see inside. The drive thru had a line and there was a bunch of cars in the drive up spots. The girls inside were communicating with each and getting orders out as fast as they could. It was nice seeing a group of young people working hard and not on their phones.

I was having a craving for a banana shake so I stopped in, waited in line for 15 mins, and paid $5.68 for this LOL it wasn’t even full and the appearance was very unappealing. I was hoping the flavor would be on point at least but NOPE tasted like a vanilla shake with a little hint of banana

Spent $25 on a bag of garbage! Cold terrible burgers, patty must have been sitting a while. Cold very salty tots that were soggy with grease. We couldn’t even finish the food. We have never been so disappointed in a Sonic’s Drive In like at this location.
Good customer service. The carhop girl was awesome!
Went 10/5/2025 around 4-ish.

I don’t know what’s up with some of the negative reviews. Decided to take the wife and son to Sonic. About10 seconds after I pressed the buzzer I was greeted my a nice lady who took my order, didn’t rush me and when asked named all the kinds of shakes. I personally live the Cherry limeade. My wife got blue raspberry slushy and a medium colorc dough shake. We also ordered a few burgers and fries. Everything was fresh and the appearance was great. Our carhop Zachary was attentive and took care of a few sauces I forgot to add. Great experience and eate to read menu with many choices.

Very busy place, with tons of menu options. That’s part of their selling point- all of the options they have! The food is really good here. Some Sonics out there are not so good, but this one is really good- fresh, hot, and made correctly! Despite being really busy, the staff was super friendly, and everyone inside looked to be working hard. I recommend this place.

This location in Burnsville, MN has been without an ice cream machine for 3+ months. (No Sonic Blasts)I have stopped by about 5-6 times over that time period to see if it was available, only to be disappointed each time. I used to go here 1-2 times per week after work to get a Blast.
I unfortunately can’t not anymore and have not been able to do all summer. Ownership and management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for not solving this issue you yet.

Just a nice day to eat outside. The food was good. The waitress was sweet. Luckily I had cash for a tip, they didn’t give me that option when I paid with my card. They didn’t have bananas for my shake, so I got chocolate. Not my favorite, but it was cold and tasty.

I Have gone here multiple times recently and online ordered drinks. We were waiting for way past the wait time every time. Also every time we got our drinks they were wrong. Mine was so watered down it tasted like straight water, with none of the extra add ins I purchased. Tired of going through the drive through to correct it and not getting what I paid for.
