8/9 Great, speedy service lately. I guess ordering during the afternoon is the way to go. And then …… when leaving your store had to witness the man taking out your trash more than just spit in your parking lot. Nasty. Disgusting.Gross. Made me want to throw away the lunch I just bought. Have some class. 3:30 pm
7/17/25 Good service tonight and order was correct. So good job for once. Kept waiting a horrific amount of time though. Also, a garbage can in the lot was jammed full and looked like it had been there 75 years and run over by a semi a few times.
Food: Are you kidding me? This is Reese’s peanut butter Blast? Only two thirds full. Barely Reese’s crumbs in bottom. So sad.
Service: Speaker next to inaudible.
Atmosphere: Looks closed down.

I consider myself a generous rater. I went to this location with friends for a quick bite. The food was rancid. Soaked in oil, practically inedible. We ended up throwing most of it out. Would not recommend. If I could rate it a zero I would.

– drive thru speaker barely works, same as the employees it seems
– they ask for an order, you give it then they have you sit there in silence until you finally decide to pull up & they’re on their phones & act like you are a nuisance then give you the “Have a nice day” in the snottiest way possible after you get fed up & say no thanks.
– the employees look like they haven’t bathed in a week
– act like they have to pay out of their pocket to actually stir the Blasts.
– you’d puke if you saw how disgusting it is inside.

Why in the world do you sell rotten milkshakes. My wife stopped there on 10/16/25 to get a milkshake for her and my daughter. Both of them smell like rotten disgusting milk. This particular location has absolutely gone downhill over the past several years. The last instance was we had burgers and milkshakes that were not cooked all the way through and the same thing made with spoiled milk or products and after a phone call, not a word was ever responded to. If you’re not going to keep up your locations, staff, and standards then shut it down. There are a lot of other opportunities to bring in quality, restaurants, and service within the city.

Somehow they uncherried my cherry limeade. Quite literally barely any cherry. Just enough to make it pink. I don’t know how you accomplish this. Also ordered an extra lime only to get no limes.

Ordered garlic bacon burger and a corn dog. Burger was inedible! Meat tastes bad and inside of corn dog was raw dough! Complete waste of money! Threw everything away but the drink. Do better!

Sonic on Main Street in Hamilton Ohio recently underwent a major remodeling. The drive thru is a nice touch. Love the many specials. Sonic’s tots are really great. Love the chocolate shakes and the burgers also.

Food and service is generally good but this location is incredibly slow. No fault of the employees of course, just seems they need to staff better.
