It’s so outrageous to see reviews from a year ago with the same problems I’m having. So apparently nothing gets fixed. I have yet to have a good experience here. I should have known when the kid opened the window and was eating French Fries and half paying attention to me that things probably were going to be a mess. My burger was so incredibly greasy that the seat in my car has grease spots now. I pulled the burger out when I got home and grease POURED (no joke I swear) all over my clothes. The tots were soaked in grease as well. I couldn’t even eat the food. My daughters chicken bites were so hard she couldn’t even eat them. And to top it all off my drink was flat and tasted like straight up syrup.

Ordered through the app. Arrived and pulled into stall and checked in. 20 min later our food was brought out. The fries were nasty, almost as if they had been made the day before and then microwaved. The coney was the worst, the hot dog was tough. I will never again eat here. I would also suggest no one else does either. They are going to make people sick, very sick.

i’m not sure who was taking the orders but they can’t hear . & whoever was at the window was super rude . forgot our slushie then got a little attitude when we said we had a slushie too . the breakfast burrito was disgusting, was absolutely rushly made even tho it was about a 20 minute wait . the egg was over cooked literally looked like chicken . the sausage was only 1 HALF of a sausage patty, disgusting. do better sonic .

We went to 2 that day in Hamilton. 1st one never got on to take our order and we moved to two different spaces incase 1 wasn’t working waited over 15 minutes. 2nd took forever to get someone to take order..and they got drink wrong…

Service was lacking. We were missing food after our order came to us. We let someone know, and then they wanted us to pay for the food that we were missing and already paid for. We explained this to the server that brought the food to us. Then a SECOND employee came to attempt to collect the money from us! I explained to him why I wasn’t paying AGAIN for my food. He looked at us like he didn’t understand. I explained it again. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Just went to pick up a very simple online order and you would think no one was working after waiting 30 minutes we went to the drive thru and no one spoke from the intercom for at least 3 minutes after us saying hello a few times.. they finally answered. Then, mumbled something and it went quiet again. We then went to the window but there was a person in front of us and they seemed to barely be helping them as well. Needless to say we will never be coming back to this Sonic..
