This Culvers probably has the friendliest staff out of any I’ve been to. The one who probably does the most is Kevin. He always makes sure every customer has everything they need and asks how the food is. Overall, the quality of Food paired with the customer service is on point and has been on point for years.

Whatever sweet lady runs the drive thru lane deserves the world. I was having a particularly hard day and grabbed a late lunch at Culvers. The woman who took my order was so sweet, asking me how I was, and genuinely seemed to care about the answer. I understand certain things like “what’s your name” and stuff are trained into the employees, but the way she extended the conversation felt genuine, unrushed and kind.

So a special shout-out to whoever that woman is! Thank you for taking care of me in that moment.

Culver’s is always a perfect place to go to. Their butter burgers have always been a hit, but once at the drive through I glanced at the menu and saw the pot roast meal and decided to try it. Oh my goodness, absolutely incredible and you can’t beat the price. I’m hooked. Not to mention the amazing, creamy custards, the warm, melt in your mouth cheese curds and tasty crinkle fries. We’ve always had great service here and it’s always a winner with the kiddos. You have to try their pot roast…I’m telling you! Also, be sure to try the curd burger when they have them.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this was absolutely unacceptable.

It was 1°F tonight, so we ordered DoorDash because we wanted to stay inside. Before anyone writes this off as “just DoorDash,” keep reading — this is not only a DoorDash problem.

We spent over $95 on food for three people, and the order was wrong immediately: they forgot a Concrete Mixer. We disputed it through DoorDash and got refunded for the missing item so we could reorder it.

So we reordered the Concrete Mixer (and yes, paid another delivery fee/tip), and when the dasher showed up, he handed us a bag with ONE SINGLE SPOON in it. No mixer. Just a spoon.

At that point we drove to the Culver’s we ordered from — Culver’s in Elkhorn, WI — because this was beyond ridiculous.

When we walked in, our Concrete Mixer was sitting on the shelf behind the counter. We asked to speak to a manager and explained everything. The first manager immediately tried to blame only the DoorDash driver. But when we asked how the handoff works, we were told a Culver’s employee hands the order to DoorDash — meaning you cannot act like this is solely on DoorDash.

Then we spoke to another manager who basically brushed it off with a “yeah, it happens” attitude. The tone was essentially “so what?” That was the most frustrating part: not just the mistake, but the complete lack of ownership or care.

And this isn’t a one-time fluke. I have proof from every single DoorDash order from this location having something wrong — usually sauces or a Concrete Mixer. This also happens in the drive-thru all the time. It’s even worse when you’re paying for extras like ranch and you still don’t get what you paid for.

To top it all off, while we were standing there dealing with this, a younger employee walking toward the back made mocking noises at us for complaining — over something that, at this point, felt like straight-up theft of items we paid for.

This location needs to fix their order accuracy and, more importantly, their attitude. Mistakes happen — but repeated screw-ups, no accountability, and employees mocking customers is not okay.

I ordered a butter burger no pickles or onions and all I got was cheese and mushrooms. I would like to think it would be a pretty standard order but it was completely wrong. Thank you for ruining my vacation 🙁

Had a bad experience here tonight. I ordered a concrete mixer online to pick up curbside. I get there 2 minutes before it was set to be ready, and I let them know that I was there for pick up. I waited about 10-15 minutes and no one came out with my order.

So, I went through the drive thru to explain the situation. They ended up giving me my concrete mixer, but problem was that it was mostly soup. It was more than half way melted. I didn’t notice this until I got home because it was dark at the time. I ended up throwing it in the trash because of how melted it was. I love Culvers, but I truly wasted my money on them tonight.

While the food is good and the people are grand, the main reason I go to this store is one man, Kevin. He is the manager of this location and he ROCKS MY WORLD!!! He serves the creamiest custard and freshest meat. His service is beyond compare and leaves me quivering every time. Mmmm.

Grant was blessing from God. Once I entered the holy sanctuary, he greeted me with eyes like no other. I was pulled in immediately and he followed up with a question; asking “Welcome to Culvers! What can I get started for you.” I was in awe. What a delightful interaction just from a worker. I ordered a Butter Burger with Sprite, and after only two minutes of waiting, I immediately get greeted with a delicious bag full of amazing smells. I told him goodbye, and he said for me to come back soon. I was very pleased with the food and the service at Culvers. Will go again!

Ordered curbside and marked that I was “here”. Waited 20 min just to go inside and see my order was sitting for that entire time. Baffled how there are like 10 people behind the counter but nobody checks that? Also I paid for large and got a small mixer. Was too frustrated to even ask them to redo it all but I also feel like the old Culvers would have comped my meal for this sad interaction. I’ll edit the review if they actually follow up on my feedback I submitted on their site.
