Bad service plus my wife didn’t get everything for the sonic single meal

This establishment has gone down hill exponentially over the last few months. I ordered door dash milkshakes and they arrived spoiled. The milk was very obviously not in date and they weren’t mixed. Not only that but my dasher waited 25 minutes for two shakes and a regular drink. The last time I actually went to the restaurant the service was insanely slow and the car hop was rude and unprofessional. Really sad to see the lack of care from the franchise or the managers.

This is by far the worst Sonic, always claim to be understaffed. Food is always terrible and customer service is absent. Being from Oklahoma this is such a let down. Not even close to the quality of customer service and quality of food that Sonic is know for.

This morning I went here to get a cheeseburger because it’s the only place that serves them in the morning and with me being night shift sometimes I just want a burger when I get off work instead of breakfast. Not only where my fries old, cold and tasted like oil but look at my burger, it was a complete mess, and was also cold! I was also very disappointed in the way the guy talked to me when I was placing my order. He came off very rude.

I rarely get a fresh, hot burger at this location. Tonight, we even asked for it to be made fresh 4 times, and the burger patty was still not fresh or hot. The sides are usually hot, but definitely not the burgers. Will not be back. I’ll take my business somewhere that appreciates a good customer.
