Coming to this place I always have my hopes high that they care about their customers but each time I pull in, im reminded why I dislike them. Its not the food but this time, the food was carelessly put together. My bag was stapled and poked myself a few times trying to check the bag before I left the drive thru. If I didnt check my bag I wouldnt have received ANY of the 3 different condiments that come with or even require to be given with items. I asked for another sauce and the guy refused to give me one saying “that item only comes with one” no wonder people dislike waiting more than 20 minutes in line for fried foods. No receipt given so I cant tell you what the cashiers name was be he needed to have more customer service training. Sonic….. tsk tsk tsk.

Amazing double smash burger(without sauce) and custom slushies. Its a car hop… you should expect a wait time, foods totally worth it. I wouldn’t classify this as a fast food place, so much as a sit and eat place.
Wanted to add Samantha was awesome, she helped me navigate the screen for payment, with paitence, since I couldnt seem to flip it the right way.

I placed my order through the app and requested no cheese on one of the two burgers I ordered. When I picked it up, the bag was stapled shut (which already seemed unnecessary), and since I was in a hurry, I didn’t open it to double-check the order.
When I got home, I saw that the order ticket on the burger clearly said no cheese, yet it was covered in cheese. I called the restaurant to see how they could fix the mistake, but the young woman who answered was rude and didn’t apologize. She told me I could either bring the incorrect burger back for a replacement or have my name taken down for a future replacement.
I explained that this was my dinner and I wanted it corrected now. Unfortunately, by the time I returned and got the replacement, the rest of my food was cold. Overall, it was a frustrating experience—poor attention to detail and even worse customer service. I won’t be returning. It’s disappointing how hard it’s become to find decent service at fast food places these days.
Update: Sonic has offered me a free cheeseburger for my trouble.

VERY slow restaurant, waited 30 minutes and expected it to be correct so i parked to eat down the street, i check it and its wrong, completely missing an item as well, should not happen when there was 1 car infront of me and none in the parking lot. I ordered a single meal and cars behind me were getting their larger orders first who even came after me, spent a total of 1 hour in the sonic line.

This is a brand new Sonic! With absolutely terrible service already! Trying to get into the place is very interesting there is an alleyway which is how I finally got in there. There are two drive-up windows and I sat there for what seemed like over a minute without any acknowledgement whatsoever and mind you there are cameras in the menus so they can tell when you pull up but nobody acknowledged me at all and whenI looked over the guy who wasn’t there before was talking into the mic ordering before me. So I said what I wanted and I drove up and when I got there she asked me if I ordered such-and-such and I said no I tried to order but nobody acknowledged me so I would like a small chili cheese tater tot and a medium cherry limeade. She says I’m sorry I can’t take your order at the window and I said well I’m not going anywhere, I’m not going to wait in that line again after waiting this long to get to the window. There was way too much ice in the drink and the chili cheese tater tot seemed like it was old and it felt hard. Needless to say that was an incredibly disappointing first visit and possibly the last to this Sonic! The sonics out here just aren’t as good as the ones to the West!

I really wish that I could give less than 1 star. I placed an order, sat there for over 30 minutes – no one ever checked on us or apologized for the wait… during this time, several sketchy looking individuals (not in uniform) were in and out the building and hanging out on the far end of the lot by someone’s personal vehicle… after pressing the button on the stall again, someone finally came out and asked what our order was….. this is unacceptable and pathetic… we left without our order… the suspicious behavior, paired with the flickering lights in the store, and the complete lack of service, really feels like there are bigger issues. Again, pathetic!

Understand them getting my order wrong and that’s forgiveable, as it’s new workers. But everything tasted like it was microwaved before it was cooked, the hot dog was hard to eat and the french fries were completely inedible. It’s like someone gathered all the fries from the floorboard of their car and stuck them on a Sonic cup. I feel like all my money spent there was wasted. Horrible first impression.

Ordered a burger and a footlong, both with tots and drinks. Tots came out as crumbs with random fries in them, and cold. Burger came out completely wrong and burnt. They remain the burger, it was the right burger but the party was raw, lol. Just threw it away and went through the drive through for a chili dog, surely they could get that right. Well nope. It was upside down in the package and just a plain mess. First and last time eating there.

Pulled in. I got out ordered out if a separate kiosk then the people I was riding with within 20 minutes I was told to wait 3 times. Never did order. When our rides food got served I figured for whatever reason… be it a PRANK? Or, flat out rudeness I obviously wasn’t getting served. So, I left.

I love Sonic, the one in lone grove Oklahoma was the best food anywhere.
The same can not be said about Ashland. Each time there is something missing from the order, or they mess up their SuperSonic breakfast burrito. Though the last straw was opening my cold brew coffee to stir it, only to find a red and black bug dead on the ice. Im so appalled and disgusted. This is the last time I will ever eat here. I really recommend anywhere else.
