I recently went through the drive-thru at Sonic here in Berea, and the worker named Eddi (found on receipt) was outstanding. From the moment I pulled up, Eddi greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He listened carefully to my order and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. When I had questions about the menu, Eddi was patient and gave really helpful recommendations. His quick and efficient service made the whole drive-thru experience smooth and easy. Eddi’s positive attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference. Overall, he provided excellent customer service that made my visit memorable.

I’m absolutely horrified by what I just got in drive thru!!! When I say this is the worst drive thru experience I’ve had it still seems like an understatement! I waited 10 mins for a chili cheese wrap and it was slung together and a terrible mess! I’ve never ever been so disappointed! And on top of that it was cold!!! So what was yall doing???? I wish I could do 0 stars!!!!

Finally found an ice cream place near home! DQ should take notes. Ordered Blasts and they were very good. Made correctly and not all melted (like the other place). Also have lids that work. Not just a flat lid slammed on the cup pushing out ice cream…

I can go to any other Sonic and the onion rings be good the Berea Sonic I have asked multiple times to undercook my onion rings they are always black and hard and I wish I could take a picture of my onion rings and my chili dog the chili dog has barely any chili and only like 10 pieces of cheese on it

I ordered a smash burger and tots! The tots were extra excellent as always! The burger would have been better if they knew what a smash burger actually was! It wasn’t really a smash burger as it was missing the good sear on both sides of the burger. Instead, I got a greasy burger mess. ….the tater tots were wonderful! Customer service was great, very friendly!

Took my granddaughter to Sonic and this is supposed to be a medium chili cheese tot(pic), her side tots were cold and the container wasn’t even full. The bill was 23.29(pic). And I know tots don’t cost that much. The granddaughter did get honey barbecue popcorn chicken and we did get two Sonic blast. Had to wait an extra 4 minutes to get hot tots and they brought us the same ones. Berea, Ky sonic really sucks!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered on the app for a med cherry slushy with nerds. I have waited 10 mins past the expected time. It’s was already melted and the girl was rude. I asked for a new one and she literally snatched the cup and straw from my hand. No apologies at all.

They now have pulled pork on the menu. With the only BBQ restaurant in town closing (unless one I don’t know about exists here), I’ve been pretty bummed. Now, I have an option! We ordered the sandwich, but with no bun. They put them into hot dog containers, and the sauce has a tiny spice kick to it that I can actually handle. It was perfect. I am still obsessed with their rt 44 iced coffee adding chocolate, but make sure to ask for light ice. Alternatively, you can scoop the ice out at home and save for coffee ice lol. I do that sometimes. I didn’t notice until I saw someone else use it, but they have at least one table outside, which is nice to know now that it’s warming up.

Interesting Sonic with inside and outside seating. I think the young man at the register was new. Slow but he did fine. The other worker was very rude to him in front of customers. Bathroom was cleaning but had no toilet paper or paper towels.
