I’ve always had good experiences at Sonic. They can be a lil pricey. But they have some pretty good specials in the app . I like their variety of food. And it’s all tasty. They will customize for you. It’s clean and the servers are polite and attentive. I do recommend then to others. Also you can order and eat outside. It’s clean and covered.

The food tastes like its been frozen and most of the time their card reader doesnt work so they want you to give your card to a car hop so they can walk off with your card and process your payment at a different stall. When that happens I will tell them to cancel my order then leave and go somewhere else. Hopefully they fix these two issues.

I am highly disappointed, I travel along the coast working at different hospitals from Pensacola Florida to Gulfport Mississippi. On a Tuesday I ordered my kids, 2 kids meal plain with only cheese and cheesesticks. I did not make it home until 30 minutes later and the burgers had everything on it so my kids did not eat it. I called to the store to let them know my food was made incorrectly and that I would not be able to come back that night because I had to be at the hospital to treat a patient. The worker told me to save the food and bring it back when I can. My kids did not eat anything including the fries so I put the bags in the refrigerator. My husband went to Sonic Thursday with the untouched food and the manager went crazy very rude and disrespectful to my husband. Im on FaceTime and she yelling where we get the food from because they have not sold any kids meal all day. She kept my husband at Sonics so long being very unprofessional.

I’d always thought having milkshake at Burger King was a challenge, until I got to Sonic. More than three hours to fully drink an oreo milkshake. Hell it’s like trying to drink a milkshake out of one of those little red coffee straws. At least I felt like I exercised my jaw. PLEASE CHANGE THE STRAWS. If I buy a milkshake it is to drink it with a straw not with a spoon, thanks

Lackluster!!
Burger was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted, & the bread even seemed stale. Ordered a oreo blast. It was only crumble of cookies on top. Nothing was spun with the ice cream. I see why my order came out with 60 seconds. Cause they just threw my order together. Definitely unsatisfied.

The manager on duty on 6/9/24 around 5pm was extremely rude! I placed an order and asked to make an adjustment. Sue cancelled the order altogether and refused to issue a refund receipt. When I asked for a receipt, she sent a worker outside with the order receipt which did not show where my card was refunded. Not happy at all with my experience! Spend your money elsewhere!

I ordered today’s special and requested it to be freshly cooked to order, but it arrived in just 2 minutes. I informed the server that there was no way it could be fresh or hot, and it turned out it wasn’t. By the way, they weren’t busy at all at that time.

My mom and I visited Sonic on 6/9/24 and around 5pm. We placed an order and immediately requested to snake a change. The manager stated that the order could not be changed and canceled it. Although confused l, my mom requested a refund receipt, but the manager refused. She said that because the order was closed out, she couldnt issue a refund receipt. After requesting again and again, my mom called the customer service number and they said they could not do anything because the order was placed in person. She said that it would take 7-10 business days. It has been over two weeks and still nothing. Very disappointed in this location as we frequent often. The manager and/or person on the register that day was extremely rude and dismissive. I do not appreciate the terrible customer service especially after charging the card and not refunding the money. Not good business practices!!!
