Placed a mobile order 2/26/26. It said it would be ready at 6:40. The food didn’t come out until 7:40. An hour later. Ridiculous. The staff there are extremely rude. I ordered honey mustard and when they forgot it, the girl rolled her eyes. There’s so little in Gautier, honestly. Do better. We deserve better.

My family placed an order at the front sitting area, and the payment process was giving us issues. There was a girl sitting at the table, so my husband asked her a question. She didn’t want to speak with us at all. She grudgingly walked to ask them to assist us. She made it very clear that she was on her break. After she yelled out to them, she walked to her black Nissan to make sure we knew not to bother her. The only reason I did not give it 0 stars is because of the young girl with the pigtails; she came out to help us.

My boyfriend and I love this sonic! Especially the best waiter is Desi. If I see she’s delivering my food i always make sure to tip her because she really is awesome. Today I got food there and it was awful. But this is the first bad food I’ve got in probably 30 other great food experiences isn’t that bad. I wanted to let them know today was inedible but everyone has a bad day sometimes and I’ll be back another time. Thanks Desi for your customer service! 5 stars
