I’ve never had a sonic breakfast burrito that was so dripping with grease that I had to use a fork to eat it. The eggs tasted more of oil than egg and the bacon is burnt. If you’re going to open at 8:30 am then give your poor employees help instead of one person having to do all the roles alone. Never visiting this location again.

I challenge you to locate another restaurant with poorer customer service and hygiene than this restaurant.
We stopped by the Sonic 01NOV25 on our way to the local Hockey Game thinking we would grab a quick bite of quality food and bypass the expensive Coliseum food. We were wrong.
We placed our order at 5:14. We walked in and were greeted with “May I take your order?” These were the only words spoken to us the entire meal. As I stand by the register for over 20 minutes for a Cheeseburger and Foot Long Coney combos, I had the pleasure of watching the cook, wearing black latex gloves, take raw bacon from the refrigerator and place it on the grill. Without washing hands or changing gloves, he picked up the spatula and placed cooked burgers into some sort of beige / brown holding pan. He then turned around using the same gloves and reached his hands into that holding container and grabbed cook burgers and placed them onto buns (also touched with the same gloves). He turned around and went to the freezer and pulled out raw burgers and placed more raw burgers on the grill. He turned around again and reached the same unwashed hands handling raw pork, fresh burgers, raw burgers, and reached into the raw vegetables to complete making the burgers.
The fries were old and were so hard they could have been kettle chips. The tots were room temperature.
I continued to watch in horror, as another member came from the back, I believe to clean the deep fryer. This young man pulled the large fryer out of its location and attempted to clean the side of the fryer. This apparently is a difficult task, so he fetches a spray bottle of cleaner and begins to spray the side of the fryer. You can see the overspray, spraying over the side and into the grease. My wife and I wanted to leave that very moment.
This restaurant is a prime example of “No cares to give” coupled with a lack of leadership and a lack of management. No oversight. No standards. One employee was asleep in a booth. No napkins were available to the customers. We had to ask for napkins and no one even said, “Here you go”. At 5:30 in the evening, I would expect better.
This was our first and last time visiting this restaurant. This visit has tarnished the Sonic brand!

Took an hour to receive the order because they made it wrong the first time and then they ended up giving us raw chicken. Called to speak to a manager and was told they could not find the manager. The girl on the phone took my number said she would give it to the manager when she found them to call me. It’s the next day and I still have not heard from them. I’m only writing this review because salmonella poisoning can be very serious and it seems like they don’t care.

So, this place removed the ability or turned off app ordering so you can’t use any deals. Asked about the $6 smasher meal on the window and the person on the speaker said they don’t have one. Mentioned the window sign and they said it was probably online. Asked about the app and they said “it’s probably not working”. What’s that about? Other locations are working fine in the app. There is no way the regular employees care enough to be causing this issue. This has to be a management and/or owner problem.

I get the same thing from sonic every single time. The ultimate meat and cheese burrito. NOWHERE ON THE MENU DOES IT SAY LETTUCE COMES ON IT. So why did y’all put lettuce on it. I know i didn’t ask for it or mention lettuce at all. I was very disappointed to take the first bite of my go to meal and get a huge bite of lettuce. Overall i just don’t think y’all are holding up to the sonic standards. I was very displeased

we just got food from the drive through. the food was awful. everything was over cooked. the french fries where brown. I ordered a sprite with mango, and got a coke zero. I felt bad for the employees, because it seemed under staffed or badly run. the drive through worker seemed very nice but a little frazzled.

Finally got the smash burger that everybody was talking about tasted horrible tasted just like meat and bread bread no flavor to it definitely not worth the price the french fries the wrinkling fries tasted like chips. They were so burnt and hard. I would never ever come back to the Sonic ever again And then on top of that gave the woman my card to pay for my meal and instead of paying it for it at the window, she takes my card all the way in the back and I’m sorry, but I don’t like people just walking off with my credit card cause this day and age you don’t know what they’ll do with But as far as the Sonic goes, I’ll drive an extra couple miles to go to another one cause this one is just bad

Give the Sonic on Pass rd a hard pass. Odd, foul smell, employees seemed to be war with eachother, and the sodas were watery as can be. I think the syrup was out on the coke.

We were somewhat excited to see a sonic with indoor seating but after waiting fifteen minutes with no acknowledgment from staff, we gave up and did the drive thru instead.
