Order the girl comes out and hands me my food. Asks me if I want the ranch and if I do it’s 54 cents not free like the app says. She didn’t even bring them out with her and they scratched 0 out on my receipt and wrote 54 cents. I might be wrong I just thought it was crazy. The ranch might have earned them another star.

This has been our primary Sonic for the last three years. I’ve tried others across the Coast and have been disappointed. I cannot recall a negative experience at this location. Our order is always correct, the food is made well, and the staff are always courteous and cheerful.

I ordered food on January 30, 2026 footlong cheese coney it had long strings of hair in the food. Someone hair is falling out. Becareful when you order food from this sonics it unsanitized just nasty.

Literally the only reason this isn’t a five-star review is because the screens don’t work to enter a tip on your pay-at menu.. I have been to several different stations here and can never leave a tip. I don’t suffer but your cap hops do.. just a suggestion.

I arrived around 4:15pm and waited for fifteen minutes after pressing the button. No one answered and there were only two other people. I’ve never had issues with this sonic before.

I’ve gone here about 4 times now before making my review. The service is usually pretty quick. The food has always been decent. However, the sonic blasts are lacking. They don’t mix in enough Oreos or m&ms or whatever you ask for. They usually put a lot on top and then a little at the bottom. I would say that you could make a better blast at home. They have gotten my drinks mixed up before. I’ve ordered a coke zero for myself and coke for my mom. when I’ve asked which is which, the delivery person said they don’t know. They didn’t mark the lids either.

If you want a very good sonic blast, you’re better off making one yourself at home for a much cheaper price!

My blast was expensive-over $6. And the candy wasn’t even mixed in all the way throughout the ice cream. It was mostly in the top third of the cup. Why can’t they put in the ice cream, add half the candy, put in the rest of the ice cream, add the rest of the candy, and THEN stir it up?? I mean, it can’t be that difficult to figure out… Plus, there was a big ol’ hole in the ice cream where the stirring paddle came out. I felt as though I might have been missing some of the ice cream I paid for because of that hole!

Besides that, the card reader didn’t work so I had to entrust the employee with my card to make my purchase. I hate that because not everyone is trustworthy. Please straighten out the Blast issue and for goodness’ sake, fix your equipment, Sonic!! Thanks! ☺️
