Editing to request that y’all PLEASE STOP using super thin hard tenders on the fried chicken wraps! I love the wraps and they used to be perfect. The last several times I’ve gotten them they are awfully sad with super thin tenders, it’s just hard breading. I get cutting corners, and I get using small tenders that can’t be sold as “tenders” being put in the wraps. But please don’t put rock-hard breading in there. There’s hardly any chicken in it and it’s so disappointing. You could always chop up the super thin pieces and toss some chili and cheese on them. Call it Chili Cheese Chicken Bites! That way it still doesn’t go to waste.
That aside, everything else is still perfect!

Low rating is based on the food quality and how the employees treat the customer. Pretty much 9 out of 10 times if I order from this location my food is cold, prepared wrong, or just not good. I try to support my local businesses but it is very hard when you cross establishments who hire smart mouths who are not courteous to patrons for whatever the reason maybe. I have spoken to one of the managers he is a good guy, and I completely understand his reasoning for not issuing me a full refund. The carhop on the other hand will walk away saying have the day you deserve is not acceptable. I was not rude or had any unkind intentions towards her in any way for her to say that! Based on that behavior I will gladly take my money elsewhere. I really love doing reviews so others can see what they can expect with these businesses.

Ordered a master shake and a blast. Paid almost $12 for some plain ice cream when brought to the car hops attention she attempted to have it fixed. Not the girls fault for she just delivered the food. when she brought the ice creams back they were melted and so full of candy that it was hard to eat. The shake was so melted that it was getting everywhere, dripping from out the lid. Didn’t even give us a straw or spoon to go with our ice crams. Sonic is one of my favorite places to eat but I guess the night shift don’t know what they are doing. Night shift is always the worst shift of any restaurant. Something should be done about this. My next step will be to contact the owner. I’ve known him practically all my life. Let’s do better next time.

Probably the most consistent Sonic day in and day out I have ever been to. The college kids they have working there are so professional, friendly and welcoming. Place is very clean, food is almost always hot and fresh. The VERY BEST QSR in the city!!!

My elderly brother and the elderly man he takes care of were trying to make an order. He was asking the girl if he could get the discounted vanilla milk shake. She said that it could only be ordered through the app. He tried to explain that they order this many times before. The man he takes care is disabled. My brother is 71 years old. Your young customer service representative closed the window in his face. He asked to speak with the manager and ask her name. But another girl got on and gave him the run around then walked away. Discrimination against disabled and the elderly is absolutely disgusting behavior. Poor to no customer service. Some day when they are elderly and/or become ill and disabled I hope that some young person is rude and discriminated them! Shameful! Shameful! Their parents must be so embarrassed by their children.
