Every time I order signature sauce they either say they’re out or just don’t mention it at all and don’t offer to substitute anything else. Lately it’s started happening when I order ketchup or mayo packets. Really frustrating when I get back to work and realize I have no sauce to eat my tots with.

Had to wait 20 minutes to order food. Started at stall 4, then moved to stall 3, my mother had to get out of the car and tried the patio stall. Still no answer had to stop carhop from taking out trash to get her attention get our order, and my mom had to knock on the door to get someone’s attention to order our food. Another car beside us said they waited 15 minutes on the opposite side and no one even got their order. While waiting for our food all of the lights turned off, but they don’t close til 11? If you don’t like your job then leave.

Horrible, first didn’t get all my food, told girl that brought out food I’m missing all 3 burgers and told her make sure to give me ranch with poppers then marinara for cheese sticks she brings all the food. Then I look in bag no sauce so I get out and go get it myself. Get down the road and notice my route44 is only half funny, I’m like heck with it. Get home and my son says taste my coke and have no clue what I’m tasting it taste like a coke float! I don’t normal right bad reviews but this experience was horrible.

This has got to be the worst establishment in lucedale. They never have anything that’s on the menu but will let you order it. Then after telling you they will refund you, you never get the refund. Even with specific instructions on the receipt, expect your food to be made incorrectly. If you’re looking for a burger or ice cream, do yourself a favor and drive down the road to eat somewhere else.

Never get the food right all I wanted was a BBQ popcorn chicken size large with a large ocean water and got a small popcorn chicken with BBQ sauce and just a water. The staff needs to listen better and repeat the order because it was all wrong.

UPDATE: (7-15-23 ) Sat at the stall and the screen was telling me my order was on its way though I haven’t ordered yet. Sat for 30 minutes before moving to new stall. #24 and sat another 30 with no answer before finally saying “I’m done” and left. Wasted my gas and time trying to give this ridiculous drive-in another chance. Never again. McDonald’s is waaay better in comparison. What’s the problem SONIC?????

We have left sonic without ever getting a refund because a fight broke out and the cops were called. I gave up after trying numerous times to get a refund but the manager didn’t seem to care.
