THIS IS THE WORST SONIC EVERRRRRR!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER SONIC!!!!

I ordered a Medium Oreo Chocolate Master Shake through the app at this location around 12:36 PM on March 7. My receipt clearly shows “Med OreoChoc Shk.”

The first shake I was given was just a regular Oreo shake, not the chocolate version I ordered, so I sent it back to be corrected.

What I received the second time was honestly worse. Instead of a proper shake, I was handed what looked like melted soft-serve drowning in whipped cream and chocolate syrup. It was extremely soupy, the chocolate wasn’t even mixed in (just poured on top), and there were no Oreo pieces in the shake at all. It tasted mostly like whipped cream and syrup, not like an Oreo chocolate shake. It was very disgusting!!

For nearly $6, I expected something that at least resembled what was ordered. Instead, the replacement was so poorly made and unbalanced that I ended up throwing it away after a few sips.

It’s frustrating to receive the wrong item, but it’s even more disappointing when the “fix” is worse than the original mistake. This location seriously needs to pay more attention to quality and accuracy when making orders.

Got a pretzel and a corn dog from here and the pretzel is fine. But the corn dog.. y’all really served me that??? Would you eat that ?! Pictures will be included. Had to throw it out.

I would leave negative stars if possible! This sonic is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too in my entire life by far! They’re product and employees need much improvement to say the least. I have given them several chances to change my mind but total failure time after time. I literally just left from ordering a chocolate milkshake and they brought out this Luke warm foam.. it was terrible. On 2 other separate occasions I have pulled to the drive thru and sat there for 30 minutes and no one ever came over the intercom to ask for my order so I just left.. The one other time I managed to get service I waited for 40 minutes.. I like to do something alil extra for someone I don’t know to help them have a good day and I chose my car hop so I gave him a $27 tip.. the ones on top well instead of him being happy about it he acted as if I had made a mistake and tried to get away from there as fast as he could leaving me so disappointed even more in people… . Update: while I was typing this review my husband talked to the manager and he gave me another milkshake and wow! That was the most amazing shake any of us have tasted.. the second shake was from McDonald’s on the left

My order was wrong and the food was horrible. The grilled chicken tasted like rubber in water. When I received my food, the worker didn’t say anything to me. I said thank you when she handed me the food. However, she remained silent. Even though I thought she was rude, I was going to leave her a tip. She walked away immediately after giving me my food. I called her back to give her a tip but she kept walking. Her lost for being rude and unfriendly. I won’t be going back to this Sonics. It was my first time at this location. I rarely go to Sonics anyway. I’ll save my $8 for edible food next time. I was wearing a mask also.

The Drive-thru parking is super tight, becareful with your side mirrors.

The food is mediocre and making two orders for the same vehicle is an administrative nightmare. Just not worth it.

Service and food suck! I always have to wait 20 minutes or longer every time I order ahead. The order is never ready, and they clear the order out before they bring the food.

I had to press the button twice, and remind them of my order. The lady couldn’t even find what I ordered because it had been cleared without them bringing anything out.

My shakes were melted, like water. I told the lady who brought them out that I wanted them remade, and she got an attitude saying that’s how they’re made. I left and called customer service to request a refund.

I recommend going to the sonic on Hwy 11, they’re much better than this one.

*update* I had to change my review because I spoke with Justin, the manager, and he was awesome. He explained the sour taste was due to overuse of their cheesecake flavor. He promised they were working on retraining the employees to fix the issue and offered to hand deliver the refund to me. Justin was awesome to deal with and completely changed my mind about the store.

I decided to order a Sonic Bacon Stack combo for my mother and popcorn chicken combo for myself today, along with a bag of ice. I got home and realized I wasn’t given my bag of ice, so I made a return trip to get it. Got back home just now and, after foolishly not checking my bag, found out that the popcorn chicken also wasn’t given to me after paying the full cost. Cold food, I don’t have my portion, and on top of that, no one is answering the phone. At least they gave me the ketchup they asked me if I wanted and the barbecue sauce for my nonexistant chicken!
