This is a nastiest McAllister‘s. I’ve ever been to the soup is watery, and there was a piece of corn in my sandwich. How disgusting. When we got there, they rushed us. Wouldn’t even let us look at the menu regardless of them being busy. I’ve only been to a McAllister’s twice so I needed to look at the menu, but I just ordered real fast to get out of the way and this is the nasty food they brought out.

Grilled chicken on a croissant was very tasty. The chicken was sliced thin, and the toppings tasty. The bacon spud could have been fresher. I like to eat my potato skin, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Tea was generous and made even more so with a refill to go. Price not bad considering the tea was free, a benefit of using the app. The app works fine. The atmosphere was pretty good, not too noisy, but it was the middle of the afternoon. The service was excellent.

Today’s visit was our first ever at McAlister’s. The first impressions are awesome. From the greetings at the counter which felt genuine, the way we were guided through our order, the food was fresh and delicious, the care we received during our meal….wow! The Waxahachie, TX location set the bar very high today, if every visit moving forward is as wonderful…Wow!

The service was solid, food was ready by the time I showed up to pick up. Staff is friendly enough and the place is clean and tidy.
One of my office mates enjoyed her salad and cheese and broccoli soup! I ordered the Reuben which was wildly good(it was a tad small) but great tasting. My other buddy had the French dip and something wasn’t right. Bread was fine, the ju was fine, but the meat was a bit off. I recommend eating here over Panera.

We gave them another shot today and it was much worse. I ordered a Cesar salad on the side and most of the lettuce was wilted and some even browning. I ordered the spicy turkey melt and the bread was burned l, the avocado was brown, the spring mix looked old. I will not be returning here to get slapped with pricey food that is inedible. I’m not sure what the issue is, but this is completely unacceptable. I threw the $16.00 sandwich away and will eat when I get home from work tonight at 10pm.

I had the best dining experience of the year, thanks to Assistant Manager Sharika at the Waxahachie, TX McAlister’s! I had a long, complicated order for 7 people that included soup, hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, side dishes & cake. Sharika handled it with such confidence and accuracy! Every person’s meal was labeled with their name, correctly served hot/cold, included the correct sides, and was completely ready-to-go when I arrived for pick-up. She even helped carry it to my car! Our guests all enjoyed the food and I enjoyed the quality of the service! We’ll be back soon! Many thanks!

Very good experience! Even though there was a wait for spuds, the manager Rika came out personally to let us know and was extremely kind and apologetic. That level of communication and care really stood out and made the experience so much better. The staff was friendly, attentive, and you could tell they truly care about their customers. Great service like that always deserves recognition — we will definitely be back!

Wherever a staff member would deliver food, they would ask the tables in that area if they needed anything. All of the staff were friendly and were genuine in their desire to serve you.
I have been to a few McAllister’s Delis in a couple of states and one of the reasons we continue to go to them is the food quality is consistently delicious.
