Your normal sonic drive in. They have lots of stalls at this location. The first stall I pulled in the screen was rebooting. No big deal, just found another one. I used my sonic app to make my order. I only ordered a large unsweetened tea (which kudos to them for getting that right. I have had other sonics give me sweetened tea even though I ordered unsweetened), a medium orange fanta and an Oreo blast. All of it was good. They came out quickly with our order and the carhop was friendly.

Headed to Vicksburg, guess I’ll make a stop at Sonics and grab a quick bite. I’ll even order ahead so that my food can be ready when I get there in 10 minutes. Drive up, check in and bam! The food is on the way out. Yay! Sike! The food is just cleared out of the system. You wait another 30 minutes. Press the red button. Hello I had a mobile order. Oh well you didn’t let us know you were here, it will be out shortly. I thought checking in did let you know I’m here. Food comes out about 10 minutes later and it’s not only cold but it’s also wrong. Attitudes are off the charts. It’s ridiculous. Now I’m late so I drive off and think I’m about to eat on my way up the road and then I notice the food is so cold that my cheese didn’t even melt. Called. No answer. Called back daily for over a week to let them know my food is wrong and they won’t even answer the phone.

Still waiting on my Mayo…. I should probably give up on it as it’s been a few weeks since we stopped in for a burger. I was warm and tasty as one might expect so nothing bad to report there. Maybe just try carrying the most common requested condiments with you when bringing out the food. And for extra points bring napkins and straws! Then guess what? You don’t have to make multiple trips..

They make u wait a long time for your food like it has been freshly prepared. When u receive it it’s either warm or cold. If u ask them a question, request a refund, or let them know your food is cold they get real nasty with you.
