The food was cold sent it back they sent another burger out cold cheese not melted. I asked for it to be cooked fresh..still cold..no condiments on either burger that was asked! Ugh!

I’m very disappointed with the service in Carthage I’m not sure if there is new ownership but service is terrible I spent 25 dollars tonight the girl handed me ice cream pouring out side had to stick it in bag with other food to keep from getting all over me and truck girl had very bad attitude and was mad herself because she had it all over her when she brought it to me which didn’t even apologize for or even bother to get me napkins ..This is the 3rd time once the brought me drink with hole in cup..Food is always cold & nasty ..Most of all the machines are broke ..This was once a place I bragged on but has went downhill poor service with high prices ..I ordered three hamburgers & drinks was 50 bucks we could had actuall went eat somewhere good for that price ..Not sure who new manager or owner is but it’s obvious it’s not the same place anymore

They can’t get the orders right or out to you during lunch time and when you ask to speak to the manager they act like your not even there. I have always loved sonic but the one in Kosciusko not so much. The best time usually to go here I at night ot between rush hours. Dont go for breakfast or lunch times in this town.They will make you late for work or get your order wrong if not both.
